Called Geek Squad to come and hook up 2 TV's and 2 soundbars. Just moved in and movers don't do that. Was quoted $600 for a job that would not take an hour by someone who knew how to do it. Take about a scam.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Professional customer service. I personally went to get a security camera and the the employee willingly answered questions for around 5 minutes and helped me choose the correct camera for my needs. They said they have a 14 day return policy on the cameras tho.

Quite possibly the worst answering service on the planet. If you guys care about your customers don’t make them sit on the phone with a robot. A phone call takes 2 mins and can be the difference between you and the competition. I’ll be shopping somewhere else from now on.
