How do I check product availability at the Lansing Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Lansing Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I was immediately greeted by a nice associate who took me right to the products I was looking for. I picked what I wanted and went to check out. Again I was greeted by a very nice associate. They got me checked out right away. Great prices with a great atmosphere!

Bought a freezer after ours went out, picked the model that was in stock in order for us to replace it today and save the food in our freezer. Spent over $1000 of emergency fund money to do this, go to pick it up and are told that the freezer is no longer available and is not available at any close location. And then are told it will take 7-10 days to process a refund. So after taking our $1000 and having no freezer we are just out of luck with no help from the store other than “we will continue to look for an available freezer for the next 7 days”. Awful customer service and help.

Great experience. Found out the Store will be moving to a new location, lots of open box items for sale. Staff and store is staying open until the end of the month just before the new location opens.
