I just had the most disappointing experience at BB in Lansing MI. All I wanted was to pickup my computer after being repaired. The online system screwed up my appointment time so I went in the store. The so-called manager, Lily, refused to: 1. Simply give me my computer. 2. Refused to have her manager call me. 3. Give me the number to corporate. Then, she called ME disrespectful. I said you’re calling me disrespectful, look what you’re putting me through. Never did I get an I’m sorry or I understand how you feel. Nothing to de-escalate my frustration. It’s like they were keeping my computer hostage from me. Im done with Best Buy.

I had a very frustrating experience at this location. After completing an exchange, a staff member told me to wait by the item I wanted to purchase. I waited for five minutes with no service. I went back to the exchange desk, and the employee asked for assistance for me again. I was left waiting for another five minutes. While standing there for 10 minutes, multiple staff members were chatting amongst themselves rather than helping. The associate greeting people at the door approached me with a bad attitude. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager on duty handled my frustrations well and resolved my question successfully. This occurred on 06/10/26 around 1:00 PM. Leaving a customer waiting for 10 minutes while staff treats the floor like a high school hangout is poor customer service. I expect a professional business environment, and I hope management uses this specific timeline to address staff behavior.
