Great experience! Walked in and was helped right away, all questions answered, and left feeling very satisfied. Bought two new phones, Jaiden Wright helped us through the entire process, including the trade ins, cases, warranty, backing up the old phones and syncing the new ones. 👍😁
2 employees were great, 2 employees were bad. Mainly the young hispanic lady at customer service, didn’t get her name but she single handedly made my whole shopping experience terrible and I had already paid. I spent $2k, and the price I spent doesn’t matter no customers deserve to be treated like an idiot or spoken too as if they don’t deserve basic respect. Either find a job that makes you happy, or move to the warehouse section where your unfortunate communication skills don’t drive people away. If I could spend an extra $100 to forget this interaction I would, I’m probably gonna just be an Amazon person now.
