Thomas at the online pickup has very poor customer service skills. If this is who you have in a customer facing position you will continue to get subpar customer experiences. I will be driving to the Birmingham location to purchase anything in the future even though this one is closer.
I purchased a washer and dryer and had them delivered. We were told there would be a $50 fee per appliance only if we wanted the old units removed from the property, but that moving them to the garage would be free. However, upon delivery, we were told we had to pay $100 to move both the washer and dryer regardless of whether they were taken off-site. Very disappointing and not at all what was explained to us at the time of purchase.

Felt like I was interrupting when I asked a group of workers a question
Fantastic experience at Best Buy thanks to an amazing cashier named Destiny! She was incredibly helpful during checkout, taking the time to clearly explain the discounts available and making sure we got the best deal possible.
What really stood out was how she went above and beyond—she even helped us score a great price on a pair of AirPods right at checkout. Her knowledge, patience, and positive attitude made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
Excellent customer service like this is hard to find—Destiny truly made our visit!
