The manager and the employees at this location are amazing, so kind, and go the extra mile to help you out. It’s so refreshing to see such stellar customer service. I drive across town to come specifically to this location.
Best Buy (Hoover, AL) LOSS a major part of my order. Installer staged my order day before delivery. When the Installer returned to pick up the order, a 65" TV IS MISSING! Mind you, this is the third delivery date scheduled/changed by Best Buy. In the meantime, this purchase is on my credit!
Seemingly, Best Buy need not charge your credit card until proof of delivery, especially when changes are not due to the customer. Otherwise, the customer is paying for something someone else has in their possession (even if that someone is Best Buy).

Picked up a TV that was gifted to me, informed on what to do ,young lady was knowledgeable at the desk and on point, didn't take but 10 minutes and I was on my way.

They acted like I had to go way to the Apple Store to get my phone fixed, when they literally could’ve held my phone or sent it in themselves. Prejudice folks, of course. Nothing new. Old & tired mentality. Tragic. lol
