I want to give a huge shoutout to this store for there professionalism and help on my recent purchase been using this location for years and always have had great service but the recent one led me to write this review I should have done sooner. Purchased a large tv and brung it home to learn there was a large scratch on screen and reached out and they delivered a new one no questions asked, no hesitations and also mounted it for me and the guys who delivered as the other crew who mounted were very professional and everyone went above and beyond to make my experience great will keep using y’all for years to come. Thank you!
I’d give 0 stars if I could. We ordered a washing machine this past weekend from this location and it said it would be delivered the following Tuesday. Come Tuesday, it was changed to Wednesday. Come Wednesday, it was changed to Thursday. Now it’s Thursday and they just canceled again!!!! No clear reason has been given for any of these reschedules mind you. We have been without a washing machine for about 3 weeks now so when we ordered this one, we ONLY chose Best Buy because they gave the quickest delivery date possible. And now they’re dragging their feet to deliver the order. Don’t waste your time or money here, just get your appliances at Home Depot since they’re the only company that can adhere to their delivery schedule apparently. Will never use this location again for anything.
Update: now they’re saying it cannot be delivered until Tuesday the 23rd. What an incompetent joke of a company.
