Great Prices, Knowledge and very well kept and stocked, they also price match.
Not be able to call and speak with someone is the dumbest idea I have ever seen an organization implement.

I visited Best Buy twice this week and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience both times.
During my 2 last visits, I spent nearly an hour researching a google smartwatch in the store (photo is attached), checking its specifications, compatibility, and discussing it with staff members. After all that time, I was finally told that the item was actually out of stock.
I spoke with the manager and asked why the store does not clearly indicate when an item is unavailable, rather than allowing customers to spend significant time researching and discussing a product that cannot be purchased. This wastes both the customer’s time and the employees’ time.
The response I received from the manager was simply that they “cannot take it out from there,” which was not a helpful explanation.
As a customer, I expect better inventory communication and more consideration for customers’ time. I hope this issue can be addressed so that future shoppers do not have the same frustrating experience.
