⭐️ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointed
I ordered a Christmas gift from Best Buy and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. When my order shipped, they used a delivery company called Roadie, who couldn’t communicate properly and wasn’t able to navigate to my house. When I offered to meet them somewhere easier, they instead tried to refund my order and return it to the store without even delivering it.
I contacted Best Buy support and they reshipped the order, and this time I chose pickup at the Hoover location to avoid any more delivery issues. The pickup date said Sunday, so we waited all day to pick it up—only to find out nothing was ready. When we asked an associate for help, they were rude and acted like they had no interest in helping us at all.
At that point I’d had enough. I ended up getting everything refunded and I’ll be taking my business somewhere else. Save yourself the frustration—I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money or time here.
I stopped by Best Buy recently because I was trying to track down a phone case for my Samsung Z Fold 7, which is honestly a tough case to find in stock anywhere, especially the OtterBox brand. I was fully expecting to hear “we don’t have that,”
but instead I was greeted by a Samsung staff member who couldn’t have been more patient or kind.
She took the time to check inventory, look at options, and actually walked with me through each section until we finally found the case. Her attitude never felt rushed, and she genuinely seemed to care about helping me out.
Finding accessories for the Z Fold can be frustrating, so her assistance made a huge difference. Definitely appreciated the customer service and will be coming back!
This has been the WORST experience I've ever had trying to get a product delivered for 2 weeks with nothing but excuses and runaround... this is not how people should spend there time and energy on something so simple... wouldn't ever recommend this retailer to anyone.
