Laptop crashed after12 yrs, GEEK SQUAD to the rescue. Bought a new laptop, they cleaned up the old one but it's working on its last leg. The Squad was great, salesperson for new laptop was very knowledgeable and forthright, did a great job explaining the different options in laptops. Impressed!

We were told to check online or other stores besides them. Si, it was useless..
