Goated store got my cards no violence everything under control
I visited the Geek Squad with an odd dilemma with my phone and also needing help with my lap top.The Supervisor, Michael and Amanda both were so helpful .Fixed,and they were very pleasant. A great experience .
Went to this BB yesterday to buy new earbuds for my iPhone. After asking for sales help and waiting for 20 minutes without any assistance I then asked to speak to the mgr. The man in the customer service returns area offered to help in lieu of getting the mgr which I requested. The customer service man spoke bad, broken English and was only inclined to tell me what to buy rather than to answer my questions of the various makes and models so that I could make my mind up. Needless to say, I left and went to Costco whereby I bought the earbuds. And so I ask - with this crappy service at BB is it any wonder why folks just buy online or elsewhere, like a Costco?

I had a great experience thanks to Kevin P., one of the supervisors. He truly went above and beyond to take care of a situation for me and made sure everything was handled the right way.
His level of customer service was outstanding—professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping. It’s not often you come across someone who takes that much pride in making sure a customer leaves satisfied.
Because of Kevin, I’ll definitely continue shopping here. Thank you again for the excellent service!
