Last week my wife and I went in to purchase a 40 “ tv with a wall bracket and installation labor which we did. The labor was $199.99. The morning of the installation we got a call from the installer informing us there would be an additional $50.00 labor charge to put 4 screws in the wall for the bracket . When questioned about what the $199.99 charge was for was for setting up the tv. That was nonsense . I think changing the price at the last minute is unconscionable . We went into the store and spoke to Mike he said that’s the way it was and that I should complain . Which I am! We got a credit for the entire purchase. We went to Amazon and found a local installation company who would install and hand the bracket and tv for $100 not for $250.00

Terrible experience with customer service. They called for back up at the front and the person did not want to return an item for me because they were just called to check out. That’s ridiculous. There was only one person in the big line that needed to check out. The person then left and we all were frustrated with that occurrence. One guy asked if she could call someone else and she straight up said that everyone is busy on the floor. That makes no sense. She retorted that immediately without even checking. Ridiculous
