Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >

I was looking to buy a film Camera and walked in thinking I knew what I was going to buy. I was helped by Aaron who has two film degrees and extensive knowledge in the field. He helped me for probably close to an hour showing me several other options, as well as the camera I was originally looking at. I talked to him about what I am trying to do and I eventually decided on something different than what I originally had in mind. I love the camera I got and could not be happier. Thank you so much to Aaron. Greatly appreciate your help!

We ordered a refrigerator over Memorial Day weekend. It was supposed to be delivered 5 days later. It was but extremely damaged and cracked. It worked to hold my food but the water, ice and doors were broken. We waited another week today 6/2/26 and the next delivery was damaged even worse. So we kept the first damaged refrigerator. We emptied food two times leaving items out left to spoil and throw away! Have not had filtered water and ice in weeks and had to miss work 2 times for an unsuccessful delivery. Thankfully Hector the delivery operator was great! He helped to contact to the service center and escalate this request. Best Buy called back one time and said they would call back to make sure this is immediately taken care of. Two hours after no call back, sent an email to them no response. We are EXTREMELY disappointed! IF We ever get this item it will be the last appliance we ever purchase at Best Buy! We will stick with Home Depot!

Worst experience of my life in retail. I loved Best Buy until I walked into this store and saw not 2 or 3 but multiple items missed priced. I started with keyboards. Nothing priced right now went to monitors. Open box. $2k monitor listed for $200. A Samsungs monitors brand new listed for $280 but open box $585 something. Had a manger Kevin (name tag said advisor so obviously not a real manger) said he couldn’t help me or honor a price for an open box for what the new one was listed at. Then while I’m talking to manager an obvious employee off duty walks buy smiling shaking her head. This is the most. Unprofessional store I’ve ever been to. I use to love Best Buy until today. Advisor Kevin ruined that for me completely along with the fact nothing was priced right or in the right section. If I was a manager of best or better yet a owner I would be embarrassed knowing my “manager Kevin” had an advisor name tag acting as a manager and then didn't resolve the issue while an off duty employee comes by mocking the customer. Wow. You guys are top notch and missed out on a major sale. I needed to fill an office. but wanted personal items first yet approached by Kevin.
