my Samsung remote stopped working and I ordered a new one (under warranty) from the store. A month or so in I still hadn't received it, after a couple of calls to the geek squad, (who claimed they couldn't even find the order) and visiting the store I was being batted back and forth like a ping pong ball. After 6 weeks, I went back to store demanding either my money back or a remote, I wasn't leaving store unsatisfied. Anyway, Michael, (store supervisor) and Brian stepped up to the plate in a big way, and were able to rustle up a brand new Samsung remote, which should have been done when I first went to store, Kudos to Michael and Brian!!!
Best Service with the Geek Squad.
Will be going back soon for a second computer for the running club!
