If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I bought a samsung electric oven and Samsung refrigerator as a surprise gift for my wife. They show up with only the oven and say they never was told to bring refrigerator from warehouse. So I had to set up another appointment since no one called to tell me. I was then rescheduled for Friday because apparently they need a double appointment, one to deliver and install and the other to take away the old fridge. These services were prepaid already. So, the next delivery date comes and an email the night before for the 4 hour windows I need to be home for. Then during the time it was supposed to be delivered I get another email asking me to set up another appointment. I called and spoke to "Christopher" who explained that computers basically run the show and don't know how to fix an issue when the delivery isn't available. So after trying to explain they need another two appointments together because the guys delivering the refrigerator are not competent enough to remove the old one. After calming down I was given yet another appointment for 4 more days later. The night before I get the email giving me the 4 hour windows again. Next day during the 4 hour windows I get another email that my appointment has not been set up yet. Getting annoyed yet again I call and have to wait 30 mins on hold to speak to a supervisor "Anna" who claims they have the refrigerator but they need a different crew to come and haul my old one away and they are unavailable during my time frame. At this point I said I don't care when they haul the old one away just deliver the refrigerator anyway. She said she would have to get back to me anytime between 3-4 hours from now but still couldn't guarantee I would get the delivery. I have never experienced such incompetence in a major store like this. I canceled the order and bought the same refrigerator from PC Richards with FREE delivery and installation. Should have went there first. I WILL NEVER SHOP BEST BUY AGAIN.
