I was told by the sales person that if I bought the protection plan and the headphones I wanted broke, they would be replaced. They did break so I took them into the store. Apparently a new model came out and instead of getting new headphones I was told it was gonna cost me $40 to get the new model The manager was wildly, arrogant, and beyond rude. I was upset about being lied to, and he proceeded to tell me that he wasn’t going to go through the transaction because he could. As I was walking out, he ran his mouth one last time. The store is an absolute joke. The sales people don’t know what they’re doing because they aren’t trained well. You won’t find a more arrogant group of people.

Bought a iPad on line and selected in store pick up. When my wife got there to pick it up, staff at the store had already opened the iPad box without my consent or permission because they thought we were doing a data transfer. When I called the store, the rude employee hung up on me because she kept interrupting me and told her to shut up and just listen to me.
