Bought a very expensive camera battery charger. Knowing I wanted to return it I asked about it's specific return policy and all they said was "14-day return policy". I come back a few days later, after using it once, to return it as I found a cheaper option online. I'm told because I opened it I am unable to return. I said I would've liked to know that before I bought it and the customer service rep said it's usually printed on the receipt - I checked and it most certainly was not printed on the receipt. Not helpful at all and so expensive.

Geek Squad here was able to diagnose and repair my laptop. Not only were they able to find the problem, but they had the new part in stock and replaced it for a very reasonable price.
