The manager working today is very very rude. I’ll never purchase anything in this store.

I’ve been standing here for almost 20 minutes trying to buy a watch and not a single employee has bothered to help. People walk by, make eye contact, and still ignore me. It’s ridiculous that something as simple as getting assistance takes this long. If this is how they treat paying customers, I’ll take my business somewhere else.

ordered a macbook for in store pickup, “ready in one hour” turned into 5 hours with zero progress or updates, ended up cancelling the order so i can get my 900 dollars back in a week, very pleasant experience
