They were taking care of me from the time. I entered the store. Everyone were very helpful.
I was having a problem with my tablet and they resolved it, quickly and answered, oh, my questions courteously, about the televisions. Very courteous, even as I was departing, thanks Geek Squad, Greeters, and the rest of the staff. Every store ought to be like yours, you guys are great.
I recently shopped at Best Buy and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse through their wide range of electronics, appliances, and accessories.
I ended up purchasing a new laptop, and the associate who helped me explained all the features and even recommended useful add-ons without being pushy. Checkout was smooth, and I appreciated the option for extended warranty and Geek Squad support.
Overall, Best Buy continues to be my go-to store for electronics. Great prices, excellent customer service, and a reliable shopping experience every time! Highly recommend!
I received a delivery of a monitor from a Best Buy up in Schaumburg what was marked in Excellent condition with all original parts. It was filthy and missing the base (not this store’s fault). But I placed a pickup order of another “excellent condition” monitor that should come with all original parts. It was also FILTHY and missing an original cable that comes with the monitor. I took it anyway, because it at least had the base. But what makes a retailer feel that it’s ok to sell an open box product without cleaning it off as much as possible before reselling? You just take it back full of grime and resell it like that?? It was only like $50 less than the original unopened product. I’ve received better quality items when purchasing directly from an individual. Definitely don’t recommend purchasing anything opened from Best Buy with how little they care about what they’re selling and listing in the best condition. Wish I took pics, but I went to work cleaning it as soon as I got home. Best Buy has gone down hill.
(The older white haired gentleman at the geek squad area didn’t help me directly, but he was the best they had there and was way nicer than the young kid that “helped” me)
