Poor customer service right from you enter in store.
Mostly kids are hired so they are hardly interested in service, and so much attitude when you ask them any reasonable questions. Not everyone who enter the store is good at technology, when you ask the kids, they show so much attitude.
Also, this particular store, anytime you want anything, they never have things in stock and then they will try to sell through other franchise
Not sure how can best buy afford to run the outlet

Best Buy is one of my go-to places for appliances. When I compare I usually go back to Best Buy. I also enjoy their promotions when I buy something that I can spread the payment over time. In addition, I found out a few years ago that they take recycling in for electronics, which is a BIG help. I Would give Best Buy five stars, but they have a little lower inventory than I would like. If they had a little more to choose from. I surely would give them five stars, but from what I have picked out from the past, even though they have a smaller inventory of most items, I still was able to find my appliances and other things that I was looking for.
