I paid for delivery and installation of the dryer I bought. The delivery team would not install it because my line was 1/2 inch and Best Buy does not stock connecting hoses in that size, and they wouldn’t use my existing hose. So I had to install it myself. I am 74 years old, but I installed it myself. You really can’t get service anymore!
I love their automotive entertainment department, and cell phone both Android & Apple.
Just when Netgear and Linksys were the top brand for home networking, I walked in a newly opened store in Westmont, IL. The 'stuff' was awesome and the staff was quite techy. Tbat was early 2000. I proudly say that ven after nearly quarter of a century, they still have that edge.
It's one of my favorite electronic stores. I hope in the near future they start offering AI and QBITS modules to merge and match.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
They sell broken TV’s they even had one on display. They didn’t offer an exchange not a discount nothing terrible customer service, the employee literally lied and said it turned on when it didn’t boot once we came back to return it not a single I’m sorry and they even had the wrong TV the in the box which explains why there was no remote not only all of that but were going to have to wait several days for the money to return to the card UNBELIEVABLE don’t shop here👎🏾
