Went to buy modem, nice staff
I like shopping at Best Buy. The store has a wide variety of electronics, including laptops, TVs, and smart home devices. The staff are usually helpful and can answer questions about products. Sometimes the store is busy, but it is well organized, so it’s easy to find what I need. Prices are reasonable, and they often have good deals. Overall, it’s a convenient place to buy electronics.

Horrible experience. Manager was super rude, came very defensive about my situation. Ordered an Apple watch as a birthday gift, picked up from store & gave the gift away. Box was empty, Apple watch was missing, within 30 mins I went back to store & told them what was going on & they said they couldn’t do anything to verify that the Apple Watch was missing. Same manager didn’t go through the right protocols told me the wrong instructions to do now I can’t get a refund nor a replacement. $600 down the drain, over horrible customer service.
