I visited this Best Buy location recently and had a disappointing experience. Despite clearly needing assistance, I was overlooked multiple times while other customers who arrived after me were helped right away. It made me feel invisible and unwelcome.
I hope management addresses the inconsistency in customer service so all customers receive equal attention and support.

Good products. Limited staff there.
Damian was so helpful and thorough, walking me through every part of the process to figure out the perfect price point and configuration for the MacBook Pro I needed to buy. Another team member with glasses and wavy dark hair also helped me today and a separate occasion, answering many of my questions with insight and patience! I was so grateful for Damian’s tenacity and support- he really helped me pinpoint my needs. He also gave me the time I needed to research, helped me clarify specifications, found me a chair and checked back to make sure I got exactly what I needed! Thank you both!!
Had an amazing experience with this location!! The worker named Finn was really helpful and knowledgeable! Will definitely come back to purchase any future electronics here! :)
