Went in intending to buy a gaming headset and two sets of Samsung Buds 3. It seemed like no one wanted to help get the items from the cases waited around for 30 minutes with no assistance. Justyna says she was the manager and the only way to file a complaint was to call corporate. Her demeanor was so rude, that she acted as if doing her job was an inconvenience. Instead of saying how can I help you, she simply shrugged her shoulders and said another representative could help when available mind you, she was just standing at the front door with not much to do. Would not recommend this store and definitely won't be returning.
I recently visited this Best Buy to purchase a second monitor for working at home. I go into a lot of best buy stores and something stood out this day. I don't know who the current manager is or who the team is leading that store but it was VERY refreshing. The staff was so helpful in a genuine way. They were not trying to be nice they just were. I found what I needed and it was a very pleasant shopping experience. Sadly, it's not like this at all best buy locations. Which is why I chose to take the tome to write this review.
