They had what I needed at a fair price. Customers service was excellent. It helped to go there early in the morning. Lots of parking too

Went to pick up a tv and it said it was in "excellent " conditions, im not sure who is inspecting this tvs but I can tell you they are putting excellent to get the extra money. No box no remote, they were dragging it out the screen was scratch and dirty and the associate had the nerve to not let me inspect it, they try to turn on the TV so it can hide the scratches infront of the screen. It was red from all the dirt and dust in the back, they can't even clean it smh. Drove 2 hours for nothing.

Generally has more items in stock than the North Ave locations. Go in knowing what you want as help from employees is hard to get due to lack of staff.

Manager called me fat dumb and poor because I don’t have a gym membership, student ID, or passport as a second form of photo ID. Wouldn’t budge on this and wouldn’t allow me to trade in my device with out it. Lied about the photo id being needed as a secondary too no one in customer support line can confirm this as policy so it’s up to the discretion of employees what rules they want to make up and enforce leading to inconsistent service to customers while promoting biases and discrimination.
