Management at this Best Buy is questionable at best… I bought a “new” coffee maker that I had to return because it had used ground coffee in it. A couple weeks later I bought a “new” TV that was too small - tried to return it but the manager wouldn’t because he said it was missing legs that were never in the box. This place is very shady / I’ll never shop here again - buyer beware.

Stood in the computer area for over 30 mins by the counter with no help . No employees around or customers... No wonder all the shelves are empty.... At least if you shop online a chat box will help you... Lost a laptop sale 100% I needed one today... Will get one at Sam's club... Probably will never be back to best buy . ...
