On August 1, I purchased an Insignia 250 Portable Air Conditioner. I was cheated on this purchase. Now, I understand why the price was so low. I wasn't trying to be cheap; the ratings are all 5 stars.
The problem is that you absolutely cannot get parts. Mine came with a few minor cracks in connectors, so I attempted to get warranty service. "Technical Support" is worthless and leads nowhere. They go on and on and say nothing. Beware!
Needless to say, I will not be making this type of purchase from Best Buy again.

Can't believe this place is still in business, terrible and keeps getting worse, they actually have dummy smart watches on display, makes it impossible to purchase when you cant demo an item.
Not that it matters they dont stock much anyway, warehouse sized building, little available on-site inventory.
Hmm seems like a receipe for retail death, get a grip Best Buy I dont need your retail location to order something for me, I can do that.
Retail should have items to sell on hand otherwise well if you can not even demo a functional real item there is no point in them existing.
Pathetic.
Here is the death cry of the retailer it started around 20 years ago or so... " We dont have it, but we can order it for you."
Large store with variety of products at great prices
Went here to buy a $3k TV. Place was empty. 25 employees walking around and 1 person answered 1 question for me and walked away. No body else asked me if I needed help or wanted to close the deal on the one I wanted. After 20 min of standing there seeing if anyone of the 20 people standing around doing nothing wanted to help, I walked out laughing. Your loss.
