The Geek Squad Louis literally said into his headset to another co-worker that they were probably having a better time with their customer than he was and he was referring to me as I stood right there. This is after he disappeared for 40 minutes and refused to help me saying that I had to pay $40 even though Apple made my appointment for me and told me it would cost nothing. I would not recommend that anyone ever go to this store and think that they are actually going to get any help.
