Vero Beach store staff was the best
Brought my pc in because I broke my cpu and I wanted to make sure it was broken. They saw my motherboard had bent pins on it and needed to replace it and also my CPU and today I picked it up and I haven’t had any issues
Staff was helpful. Explained the difference between the tv's I was looking at.
Happy with my purchase.
Very rude man on the door (Oscar Vega) who lied and said he was the manager, lied and said he did not have a business card, refused to tell me his last name (found it on the Internet), and was rude and intimidating by yelling at me multiple times as I walked to customer service and the computer department, that "the front door is here". He also told the customer service something that caused them to say "I don't want to get in trouble" when I asked Oscar's last name. Oscar needs to be retrained on proper customer relationship behavior and on customer expectation management (they miscommunicated and ripped off an 85 year old lady in the Geek Squad).
