Great staff there. Daniel is the manager and came right up and introduced himself when we first went in. We had David talking us through orders of a new 98" TV and which mounts to buy. My wife was also looking for a new laptop and they were knowledgeable and quick to help. I would definitely recommend this store, 👌 It's a great place for products and info when you need it!

After 2 weeks battling beat buy online I went to the store with the intent of returning the item I had purchased. The MOD took time to listen to my complaint and resolve the issue. The online customer service could learn a few lessons from this guy.

Drove to Paducah three times to get my phone repaired. The first time they couldn’t fit me in, understandable. Second time their repair tech called in. And the third time they denied my repair because my phone screen had a tiny amount of damage not covered by my warranty. I understand that they can’t cover it but they could’ve at least looked at the phone in my previous visits instead of wasting my time.
