best buy is not what it used to be but i still like to go look around

Store manager— Tony was very rude. The way I was spoken down to when asking for help was not okay. Honestly super disappointed with my experience dealing with him. Everyone else was super friendly, nice, and actually willing to help. Sad to say I will do everything to avoid buying anything from this location again based on how he dealt with the interaction. Retraining wouldn’t hurt him. I’ve been to this store multiple times throughout the years but his behavior was beyond unacceptable. If I could give the store a 5 and him a 0 I would. His lack of customer service skills should be an embarrassment to Best Buy. Yikes.
