Tried to return an epson printer that was bought on August 21st. The printer was printing streaky from the moment we hooked it up. Upon bringing it back to return it on September 6th we were told the return policy was only for 15 days. One day past the return window. We were told we should pay $50 to become a best buy member & then we could return it. What sense does that make? Worst customer service ever. Won’t be back here.
