Been going to this Best Buy.... Probably over 15 years. Unfortunately the original manager Steve left many years ago to another store.
I can't say Best buy is doing anything wrong considering the age we live in but when I was building my theater room Steve the manager was always there walking the floor and we became friendly.
Just like Steve his other employees were fantastic, personable and really knew what they were talking about.
Now I find it to be very short staffed, employees aren't as helpful or knowledgeable as they used to be but like I said earlier it's the times that we live in.
Regardless it is still my go-to store for electronics as I buy everything from them.
I do recommend Best Buy and will continue to purchase my electronics from them.
Place must be going out of buisness..store empty!

I was a victim of fraud and someone bought an Xbox with my credit card information. The scammer then went to this store and was able to pick up the merchandise without showing proper identification. Someone or a group of people working at this store are running scams. BEWARE!!!!
