Horrible customer service! I was waiting for 30 minutes and no body approach me to help me out. When I went to ask the guys stading at the door to send someone my way since i wanted to buy a phone he told me to ask the only guy working at the counter for help. Once the guy at the counter finished with the customer he completely ignored me and my family. I have never been to a best buy FULL of employees unwilling to help its customers. I drove for 30 minutes to get to this location to not be helped. UNBELIEVABLE!! I'm disappointed with their lack of service. Don't go to this location!!!
