Was lied to by sales associate. Was told open a credit card and you will get 10% back in store credit. You can buy gift cards for other places. So I did. I have $165 in rewards and now I am told I cannot use this reward on gift card purchases. Another big company that doesn't do the right thing. You can't call store locations anymore either. I won't be shopping at best buy anymore.

This Best Buy has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The store can be completely empty, and you’ll still stand around forever without anyone helping you. Employees walk right past you, ignore you, and when they do interact, they’re rude and act like you’re a problem instead of a customer. I honestly don’t understand how this location is still in business treating people this way. Best Buy used to mean knowledgeable staff and good service — now it feels like the exact opposite. Definitely not spending my money here again.

Went in to buy a gaming PC and to look at monitors. Everyone was kind and helpful making it a great experience. An employee named Vivian found me a few great options for monitors to choose from, gave me great information on deals and discounts, and used personal knowledge and experience to find me better tech than I'd be able to find on my own. I have done research for my PC, but I don't know much about monitors so I really appreciate the help!

Bought a projector online. Didnt fit needs. Only opened package to verify it wasnt damaged, not even removed from box. Returned. Hit with 15% restocking fee. Inhospitable manager with beard said nothing he could do. Excellent store if you like 10 employees playing patty cake up front while the entire show room is void of employees. Had been about a decade since i purchased from then, ill give them a shot in another decade
