Poor customer service. Went in the store waited patiently for 20 minutes while a customer was being helped in the TV area if the store. After the transition was finished the associate walked past me and helped someone else who had just walked up. I then went and found another associate and asked for help, they said yes and never sent anyone for over 10 minutes, it even informed me that someone would be over to assist me. I could understand if the store was busy. I eventually just walked out. As I was walking out the associate standing at the door said it shouldn't be that much longer. I just kept waking out the store. I had already waited for over 30 minutes. Poor customer service, need training.
Typical best buy. Friendly, helpful staff, decent selection. Some shelf items were sold out, but that could have been timing on my part. They offered to get to for me, but I needed it when I visited so I picked a similar item.
Stopped to see if I could drop off a laptop to get an estimate. Was told you need to make an appointment just to drop it off.
This is why these big stores are loosing customer base.
Customer service does NOT exist anymore !
Found a local company to handle my work.
