Very disappointed! I ordered on-line for 1 hour PICKUP. So I walked into Best Buy more than an hour after I placed the order. Not only was it NOT READY, but they had not even begun to prepare my order which was 1 yes ONE LAPTOP. The woman at the desk saw it on her computer but somehow it had not made it to the guy in the back. They continued to tell me that they didn't know when it would come through to his computer, yes in the back of the store. I asked them was I supposed to just hang out for the next 2 hours until they closed in hopes that the laptop order made it to the other side by then... they said YES! Seriously? Ok. So I canceled my order.

Got my tv best customer service when I pulled up no complaints
