The last several times ive been here, even before the holidays, there has been an extremely long delay in service, waiting around for long periods of time before anyone can help. The selection is also more slim than it used to be.

The camera section is somewhat nonexistent. I found that tge Best Buy in Columbia has a huge selection of cameras to choose from.
I ordered an iPad on 11/25/25 and the website kept telling me it was delayed. On 12/16/25, because I had not heard from them, I went to check on the status of said iPad and was told that there was a mix up at the warehouse and that I would not receive the iPad. Because I paid with PayPal, the money was deducted from my account at the time of purchase. There was a similar iPad in store, but the store manager said that he couldn't swap it out and I would have to pay for it then and wait for PayPal to refund me the money I paid for the first one. His only solution was for me to get a store credit card or pay an additional $800.00 out of pocket. This was a Christmas gift and now I likely wont be able to find one like I originally purchased this close to Christmas.
