After lunch, I went over to Best Buy because I needed a reserved over the air antenna.
I do have cable TV, but I also have an over the air antenna.
I asked the greeter where they were, and he told me by the TV accessories.
I went there, and there were selections with different prices from $19.99 to $79, depending on its range and brand.
I asked a customer representative, Dom, what were the differences ? He explained what they were. This helped me decide what I wanted. Dom knew his business, and he was kind in helping me out.
I asked the manager, Nick, if he would give Dom brownie points for his great service? He said he would.
