Terrible experience how they handled pokemon card release day today. I knew that I would get one due to how much they have. When the store opened, it was one long line but an employee who was African I think let someone behind me who was in line get an ETB even though I was there before here. Very disappointed, y'all should know better.

This is not the same Best Buy as I knew back, then seemed like they just plotted their items and walked away from him wasn’t any sales or clearance items I just went in to buy a cord for these evil eyes flex panels that I ended up, giving to some jerk
