Came in to buy an Apple computer. They told us someone will be over there to take care of you. 20 min later no one came over. So I went looking and told an employee that had been standing around with 4 other employees just talking personal stuff. You can hear it.
So I interrupted asking is any one going to help us. All I got was I’ll get someone over there. It didn’t happen
We were looking at spending 2000k on a computer. As we were walking out to go to San Antonio to another Best Buy and employee as if we were taking care of. I explained no not at all we are going to another store because everyone is to busy on there phones or talking with other employees then dealing with customers
This person said I’ll come help you the best that I can but Apple is not my department but I’ll try.
He got us taken care of but the experience sucked. Over an hr of waiting is not good this store need help
