Employees are attentive, asking if I need help when I look lost and or confused. Not over bearing though, just the right amount. I enjoy the lay out, most things are very easy to find.

Mostly friendly staff but I really needed help finding the right product and nobody seemed to want to give me any of their time. The first person led me to the right aisle and then left, so I picked out the product I thought might work. Then, at checkout, I asked the man there to help me figure out if this was the right product for my specific memory card, and he took it out of the box and handed it to me. Confused, I inserted the memory card and it went in, so I said I'm not sure, I think it might work. And he said nothing and proceeded to check me out. I should have pressed him but felt like he thought I was a nuisance. Come to find out, this is NOT the right product, and now I have to go back and return it. Incredibly frustrating experience and I don't understand why they were not eager to help me make sure I was getting the right thing the first time.
