I ordered a PS5 Pro online for my son’s birthday,when I picked it up,I saw the seal was broken and advised the clerk “E3” that it was open.I asked for an exchange but they had great difficulty because they said it was because it was an “online order” .They called the supervisor over who couldn’t resolve the issue either and said “these seals are always breaking”..yeah right. To avoid the hassle I just took the unit. I asked for an open box discount, and the manager said it was not “open box”. Fingers crossed,I just wanted a gift for my kids birthday..but I guess Best Buy is unable to give discounts on “Open Box” because these things mysteriously open on their own! :(
