Just left Best Buy at Sunland without buying anything. Why? Three different employees could not answer my questions about a product, or price. 1 employee, Alan, scolded me for opening a Open Box item in the OPEN BOX section but never offered to help. Brian, the "manager for 25 years" as he told me, was as rude as the others. In fact when I asked if he could scan the items so I could know what color, type, price, and condition the items were because the labels had no details. He declined saying he was busy doing something else. Well Brian, Ive been in customer service for over 40 years and these employrees never offered to help, did not use de-escalatiion techniques, were unable to answer basic product questions, could not help me with pricing or recognize my obvious frustration. A simple smile, offer to help, or good attitude toward a customer would have solved the problem immediately. You Brian and Alan decided it was correction day. As a senior citizen, Ive never experienced such disregard and disrespect. Fyi, Ive made over $2500 in purchases from your store in the last 3 or 4 months and now sorry I did. You did a really good job of making me realize its Best not to Buy from Best Buy. Keep it up and I will have the satisfaction of watching another store close due to the arrogance of a 25 year Manager. Btw....make sure your manager sees the store video of you laughing at me and following your frustrated customer as he happily walked out of your store and how no one in your store offered to help. Thankfully, I will never shop at your store again.
Idk what Lynn was going on about Jalen being negative etc I had a great experience at Best Buy and just wanted to leave a positive review about how helpful they are!! Thank you again Jalen also geek squad is always very helpful with my repairs
