To do a return without a receipt they want your phone number email and address the item was only 16.99 and I was only doing and exchanged because they sold me a product that was incomplete the whole process took 15 min The girl who was taking out all my information horribly slow and the manager Lord have mercy they are so slow and this store has nothing why are you selling monitors with display ports but you don't have display port to HDMI 2.1 cords That's stupid
