I purchased a new Lenovo laptop online in 07/2025 and now in 12/2025 it is nearly inoperable and back to Lenovo for repair since Best Buy said that although under warranty I would have to pay a service charge (!) and BB was unable to repair it. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and although a BB customer for many years, I believe I will direct business elsewhere and I am also seriously reluctant to purchase another Lenovo product. Lastly, Lenovo had the nerve to send me a bill to extend my warranty even though I've had problems with the computer for over 2 months!

Efficient curbside option
