To my surprise now they only have a 2 week return policy. You have to buy a membership of $29.99 dollars in order to have a 60 day policy. It's incredible how company find a way to get the most money out of you. I spoke to a supervisor with the authority to over rule this issue with my purchase ( I was 3 days over the 14 day period) and he deny my request. I have been a best buy customer for more than 25 years and this will be the last time I'll get something from them.

I have to say this place is honestly one of the best Best Buys in El Paso. I've been in multiple times and have always had a pleasent experience.
Most recently I went in looking for a new laptop, I had seen one online and went in to see it in person before buying. As I was checking it out I was helped out by Scott who was very knowledgable with the tech that I was looking at. He even helped me get a better deal by presenting me with an open-box deal.
I really appreciate the help that was provided to me that day. I'll definitely be going to this Best Buy before any other in the future!
