You would be wrong to think savings from the god-aweful robocall answering service would be passed on to the customer. Shop somewhere else.

On 9/19 I order a PS5 slim console at 5:40 pm just for them to tell me at 7:08 pm that my orders isn't ready to wait tomorrow. Dont order anything online just go in person. You can't make this up, today 9/20 they canceled my order, they are really good in taking my hard earned money, now I got to wait 3-7 days to get my money back, great. Thank you best buy, if I could I would give them a Fat Zero for the great help. I called for help to purchase this item online, i got excellent help. But then when they cancel my order they don't want to help me at all, great. This was my first online purchase and it's going to be my last.

Customer service is horrible. 7 workers at the frontt of the store chatting away. Only one register open.
