Good customer service and decent selection of technology products. Prices are a bit high, but expected since it's brick and mortar retail. For getting a product right away without having to wait for shipping, it's reasonable. Repair service could be a little bit better, they blew their repair estimate time horribly and I'm still waiting to get my laptop back...

The store was nice and cool, but there were not any visible employees to ask for assistance, except for one lone cashier. I ended up going back out to the car where I waited for my friends to make their purchase.
