Just bought a 40 inch samsung tv, the sales person Ciera was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend looking for her on your journey to Best Buy if purchasing a TV.

Purchase a 55 inch TV set called ahead to ask if it would fit in a midsize car was told oh yeah it definitely will. I’m disabled. I showed up to pick up my TV set. They told me to go back to my car and drive my car out front man try to help me load the TV set in the back of my car and said my car wasn’t wide enough and he couldn’t help me put it in the trunk. Left my TV set stand on the sidewalk and walked away, went back in the store. The wind blew my TV over Thank God it didn’t break it. Worst experience I ever had purchasing a TV. Don’t go to Best Buy in Niles, Ohio, do yourself a favor.

Came into Best Buy looking to upgrade my gaming setup: mouse, headset, and maybe a controller for my PC, though I wasn’t sure what specific hardware would be best for me
Autumn helped me out and honestly made the whole thing way easier and fun. She explained the more intricate differences between the products and helped me figure out what made the most sense for what I needed. I ended up getting a mouse that day and came back some other days to grab a headset and controller based on the help she gave
She also was just super fun to talk to while shopping bc of her whimsy :P Thanks Autumn!
