How do I check product availability at the Niles Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

Don't get fooled by Best Buy's rewards or scam sales. I bought a refrigerator and received money on my account instead of finance. Lost all rewards in 30 days and they don't tell you that part. Also got scammed when buying an apple laptop and was told I would have my rewards added to my account. Didn't happen. Poor training and bad customer service. Will not be back, there are many other stores that still have good customer service.

Bought a washer .. broke within 90 days .. continual let down from the service department with week out appointments leading to cancelations the rescheduled for another 2 weeks out. In store manager was awful .. he was a customer experience manager as well. No help told to call a number but no number was given. Asked to leave my info for gm .. no effort to take my info. I wouldn't buy a soda here.

Just recently went to Best Buy to get my new phone. I have the next up with att but really wanted to get my phone at bestbuy since we have their total membership. Ciera helped me and was amazing, we had some issues with AT&T so it wasn’t showing on Best Buy’s system that I was eligible for an upgrade even though I was. She spent 2 hours of her day helping me and was extremely patient and understanding the whole time. We had to contact AT&T about 4 times to get everything situated. I’m extremely grateful Ciera was able to help me with this whole situation and made sure I left with my new phone ! Thank you Ciera and Best Buy !!
