It's rare one is happy about the occasional loss of electronics. So long as it's not lost both me and best buy are happy.
Insurance, hate the idea of it but both associates of the Geek squad knew what they were doing and how to do it, no fuss, no hassle, even a joke and a shared chuckle. May the 2nd or 4th be with you or not, either way it's covered.
However the item was done earlier than I was notified, as the Geek squad rep mentioned it might be. They're good at setting expectations. =) 5 stars
A customer could walk around for an hour before someone asks if you need help. Customer service is a lost art.
It took around 30 mins until I could speak to an associate.
Was a rather small Best buy but it was nice
