BE CAREFUL if you buy tech (like laptops, computers) in store. The guy working there that rang me up for my laptop purchase didn't bother to put or mention the 6-month anti virus protection even though it's included in the online deals on the website and app.
I Went back to get the 6-month anti-virus protection and a Woman working there didn't help me with that at Geek Squad. She lied about the store policy of debit and credit cards instead as an excuse and i ended up looking for help from someone else. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this location, very shady business in there in my eyes.
Best buy is a good place but if you pay insurance for your electronics you waist your money they never repair anything all the time we want to repair something always they have an excuse. You pay insurance for 2 year for nothing. The last year we bought a computers the battery died and we went to best buy 235 st bronx and they dont wanna repair because they said "was dirty" when you clean the computer, you can come back. Omg. They are horrible also there are a costumer she had to repair the computer the girl of the front of geek squad said to the lady. <<Sorry we can't fix it.>> No waist your money paying insurance my husband is costumer for more than 10 years. And still they dont take care of their costumers
Outstanding customer service by Marco. I went to pick up my new TV there, and was concerned with a few details. I almost left without buying but ultimately got comfortable with moving forward thanks to Marco's patience and support. I am now very happy with my new TV!
