For a tradein, I went in person, they literally told me to wipe my laptop, told me I didn’t need to redownload Mac OS, then put my computer into startup mode and couldnt get it out. Then said sorry we actually need you to download Mac OS so you need to go someplace else (a different best buy not close by at all) where they have the capability to get the laptop out of startup mode. Horrible customer service and support.

Hazel was SO helpful! I came to the store with a question on how to use Rode equipment and Hazel was so kind and patient and showed me the equipment and how to use it. She calmed my nerves since I haven’t used this equipment before and will be filming at a work event. Thank you Hazel for your expertise and kindness!
