The USB Drive I purchased at the East 86th Street store in Manhattan is not compatible with my Apple computer, tablet or iPhone. I tried it on my old MacBook and it burned the battery, destroying it. The salesperson insisted that it would work. I should have verified it myself. Talk about total incompetence or simply misleading a customer who would be traveling abroad on the same day.
