Horrible experience. Bought a TV. Was assured the delivery will be done before 5 pm per building rules - no delivery after 5pm. The day before scheduled delivery a text message comes in - delivery next day between 3 and 8pm. 2 hour texting and phone calls, was assured that the delivery team knows about the deadline. Next morning a new message - the delivery window shrunk until 7, despite the assurances. Another prolonged phone call, assured it will be before 5 because "they have very few deliveries today". You guessed it - no delivery happend, although I did get an abnoxious call from " delivery dispatcher" right at 5 pm asking if I am home to accept the delivery. Will never buy anything again from that company.
