Walked in to see what gaming PCs were in stock, we left with that and then some. Ken helped with our order and walked us through the different options. He also explained how Geek Squad worked and really went above and beyond during our indecisiveness, aswell as our add on items during checkout. Worst best buy ive ever been to seems to be that way for alot of stores in this area, no customer service at all everybody is playing on phones and talking why I prefer ordering online i can see this store closing in the future

My parents and I had the BEST experience here yesterday! Bryan went to the back BOTH times to find a TV and a laptop. It took him a while to find it in inventory, but he dint give up!! If you visit, ask for Bryan… you won’t be disappointed!!!
