Went there yesterday to get headphones for my son and their lack of professionalism and customer service is awful. They need to fire everyone in there and rehire new people that wanna do their job. Not many customers was in there but yet a GROUP of employees was standing around not acknowledging that we needed assistance. I had to literally ask them for help. I was ignored the first time and when I finally got louder to get their attention one of the employees literally said in a non professional way and I quote "he'll be over there". I have never seen nothing so unprofessional before. Then the guy who was supposed to help didn't even help it was another employee that came and she was also unprofessional. I won't be going back. I'll go to the one in Prattville from now on.
