How do I check product availability at the Redding Best Buy?

Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

I wasted 7 days trying to get music earbuds. They have a severely crappie selection of wireless earbuds. NOT MUCH FOR IN STORE STOCK. I made the unfortunate decision to buy JLab. The 1dt defective pair wouldn't hold a charge. The 2nd and 3rd defective pairs wouldn't pair with my phone so I could hear both speakers! I WASTED A HUGE AMOUNT OF TIME TRYING TO PAIR THEM . I TALKED WITH 4 PEOPLE FROM JLab in Oklahoma for support. They couldn't pair the 2 ND pair so they mailed me a new 3rd pair. I wasted more time and became more pissed off! I took the crap product back to Best Buy and ordered a set of Beats wireless buds. AFTER 8 DAYS I AM BACK TO HEARING MUSIC! I WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TRYING TO BUY ANYTHING MUSIC RELATED HERE AT THE REDDING HEST BUY. BAD QUALITY AND BAD SELECTION. AMAZON TOOK CARE OF ME IN 24 HOURS!

Don’t buy refrigerator or any appliance from this company . Bought lg refrigerator that came with 3 year warranty . Well it lasted a little over 2 years compressor started making noise and finally quit all together . After waiting a week for one of their approved technicians to come out to deem compressor failed . While I lost all the food in freezer and fridge and living out of ice chest for two weeks they tell me the parts are not available.

I pay a large amount of money for an annual membership fee. I bought a Lively phone for my parents today & they wouldn't put the screen protector on & wouldn't activate the phone for me even though the box said "Activate oin store today". What benefit is my membership??
