Even though there was a long wait for an appointment, the guy saw I just had one phone in my hand, asked what I needed, and since it wasn't a complex issue, just took care of a simple sim removal and sent me on my way.

High prices for items not for sale, but top notch appliance selection and prices.
Prices always seem good if they have anything in stock. The worst part is calling to check that they have something before driving 45 min and be told yes it's in stock. Then get there and be told they have nothing. Then listen to some dumb excuse about the calls going to a call center and not the store. What a waste of time.
