I pay a large amount of money for an annual membership fee. I bought a Lively phone for my parents today & they wouldn't put the screen protector on & wouldn't activate the phone for me even though the box said "Activate oin store today". What benefit is my membership??
My daughter and I went in on a Saturday mid day. We need to do a warranty exchange on our phone screen protectors. We went to the center phone desk spot, stood there for about 5 minutes, not one came over, no one greeted us, NO one even checked if we had been helped. There was about 10 workers on shift, maybe 5 people in the store. Not one single person helped us! Saw about 5 dudes (workers I guess, unprofessionally dressed for working customer service), not a single person said hi, helped or attempted to get help. We walked out. So unprofessional, pathetic, sorry excuse for a store.
Went into Redding Best Buy to purchase a Bluetooth speaker and the sales person didn’t want to sell me one. Not to mention he had a Terrible attitude. I didn’t waste my time.
So I went to Walmart and found JLAB party speaker that works fantastic. The customer service at Walmart was excellent too.
