Purchased a remote control stater for my 2023 Toyota Rav 4 to be installed on August 29th. The day I purchased it I was told it would take 2 hours to install. Dropped my car off this morning (August 29th) at 10am and was told it would take 4 hours! Had I know this I would have had someone follow me so I’m not just wandering around. It’s been 4 hours and my car is still NOT done. When I call the store number I don’t even get the store I get a call center representative! I will never recommend anyone to have a remote starter installed here

You may as well go to Kalamazoo, Best Buy Battle Creek doesn't service Apple, however get an appointment, the employees in Battle Creek aren't even knowledgeable enough to tell you that.
