They had only two sales people on the floor... many people needed help, ended up leaving... not even anyone at the door to great you or anyone to say thanks for shopping or to see if your walking out with something. Looks like they are going out of business.

Geek Squad came out and put my new television up on the wall on November 1, 2025. As soon as the Television was put up on the wall half of the power in the house went out. Now I'm thinking these guys are professionals and there is no way they hit a power line. Had an electriction come out yesterday and that's exactly what they did. A hole right through the power circuit line where they put the TV up. I will never do business with Best Buy again. This is really unbelievable and I was blessed to have the problem fixed. Thanks to my brother and his Wife.🙄🤦🏽♂️👏🏾
