Waste of time at Geek Squad. Allowed me to schedule an appointment, saw the issue ahead of time, had me come in to the store and then within 15 seconds told me there was nothing they could do. Complete waste of time.

I recently visited a Best Buy near my home. I was a bit disappointed as I had purchased my Samsung galaxy 24s from that store. There were no less than six customer service reps there and I requested that one of them assist in installing the screen protector I was interested in purchasing. They told me that if I was part of their total plan they would do it for no charge, otherwise it was $8 dollars. It's not about the 8 dollars(I'm a multimillionaire). It's about six sales people standing around who do this and are skilled at it with nothing else to do. I was a store clerk in college and installed protective screens as a matter of promoting customer satisfaction. Six customer service reps twiddling their thumbs in order to make $8 when the customer paid a premium for the screen protector is pretty petty.
