The store is always clean and inviting, It has a great selection and variety.
I don't like the new style of customer service where if you want an associate or whatever marketing wants to call them this week, you need to go back to the front door and get your name entered in the computer. And go back to the department. This is a blatant cheap savings at the expense of customers. You are a technology store, you have cameras everywhere, pul a call button in each dept, and get AIfigure out where we are,and ask us what y we need . If you see I'm 5foot5 and I want something on the top shelf, send a step stool.

One of my hubby's favorite stores. Great for electronics.
Really wish I could give negative star I went in today fir my screen saver and got the very worst customer service ever the guy should never have a customer service job he was very rude, and nasty. I was even talking to the girl and he just had to come back over and just kept getting loud and nasty even went as far as to call security to throw us out. We'll I will jot step foot into best buy again I will take my business elsewhere. And I will be letting all my customers know about the rude employee behind the counter
