Each time we go to this store, my husband and I swear that we’ll never set foot in it again. Each time, we walk out empty-handed. This past Monday was no exception. I wanted to replace my iPad, and there was an A16 model that - per its online website - was offered for a decent price at Best Buy. We walked into the store, were directed to the right area by a surly sales clerk, waited a bit to get attended to by another one, who was ok, but told us that the store was out of stock on this model.
I ordered it on Amazon, got it on Tuesday before noon, and I am typing this review on it. It is a miracle that Best Buy has not gone out of business yet! Their staff is unfriendly, if not incompetent, and they never have what we are looking for….
