I am COMPLETELY an utterly unsatisfied with this Best Buy. We ordered an entire set of appliances and starlink all of which had a delayed delivery or installation. They will give you an installation date, have you wait at home, and then come up with a sad excuse on why it could not be delivered on that day. We went in person to get our starlink WiFi kit and paid hundreds for the kit and for them to install it. At checkout I asked if everything I needed for installation was in the box and they told me yes. The day of installation they called saying I needed the mount (that they did not tell me about) and delayed installation AGAIN. I would be less frustrated if they would have told me when I asked if I had everything I needed or if they called sooner than the day they were supposed to arrive. On top of everything their customer service is horrible. I would never recommend Best Buy to anyone, especially this location. Save your money, time, and effort and looks elsewhere because they have wasted too much of mine.

It's ok. Service is mediocre, the prices are ridiculous. I can get the same shit in Walmart a lot cheaper.

Bought a new computer/printer to replace the 15 year old dinosaur. Everyone we dealt with was kind, courteous, and professional. The tech. (MS. BLUE) dept. was extremely patient with us. Things have changed a lot in 15 yrs. She made the transition enjoyable.

Would not give me computer for price listed on shelf. I was told I had to come back tomorrow for that price and I live too far away for that to be reasonable
