They had just what I wanted and the salesman was great 👍
I’m giving this Best Buy location 2 stars, and that’s only because of the Verizon reps, Nico and LeLe honestly surprised they’re not in management of the store.
I came in to set up a new Verizon account for my son, and they were incredible—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us save money. They made everything easy and showed real care for us as customers, even though we’re from North Carolina.
Unfortunately, the rest of the store didn’t match that experience. The blue shirt employees came off uninterested and made it feel like helping customers was a burden when my son wanted an Apple Watch and iPad . Communication was lacking, and the overall vibe was frustrating.
The difference in service was night and day. Nico and LeLe were top-tier. Without them, this would be a one-star review.
Tried to get some help with a fridge went up to appliances counter rep told me she couldn't help me because she was working with someone else but there was a total of 3 reps all helping the same customer so bye take my business elsewhere

My PC died on a Saturday night. So on Sunday l stopped by Best Buy and they hooked me up. Great selection. Great pricing and super knowledgeable. Ended up with a new system and a big screen curved monitor. Best of all, at a great price!
