Terrible Terrible Experience. I sent my son to the store to buy a computer. Once he told them the computer he wanted, they spent 45 min trying to find it. They told him they found it and send it to the front and then scanned something from someplace else to ring up the computer. I told him to ask for a student or military discount, but they said they didn't have any. When he got home and opened it he realized it was the wrong computer!!!!!! He had to miss class, and drive all the way back to the store to exchange it. When he got there no one cared, I told him to ask for a manager and they told him there was not one in the store. I told him to ask for a discount for mileage wasted, time wasted, etc. They told him no! I tried to call to speak to someone and it took 2 tries to finally ask them to connect me to the store. Once connected I still got a voicemail. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I left a message at the store but still have heard nothing, check your message and return my call. This is ridiculous. We need accountability for actions and it is ridiculous that Best Buy doesn't think my sons time missing class and mileage doesn't matter. We chose to shop with you BUT Never again unless someone reaches out to me and I will shout this from every platform I can!

I had the pleasure of working with Reagan today while purchasing a new tablet and returning one I didn’t like because of the color. She was so patient, answering all of my questions and making sure I left as a satisfied customer. She was also training Faelyn today, and he did an excellent job helping me with the return and the new purchase. Every time I visit, the customer service here is outstanding, and I would highly recommend this location. Thank you for providing such a great team—and thank you again, Reagan, for all of your help. It’s very much.
