How do I check product availability at the Columbus Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.

Buyer beware....I wasted an hour of my time only to walk out with nothing. Long story short, I was asked to erase my smart watch and turn it over before I could setup the new one and only at another store.
Background: I ordered a new smart watch and took advantage of a trade in promotion. I missed the fine print that the trade in must be given at time of purchase AND the watch could not be setup in the store and must be taken to my carrier. However if I had it shipped to me I could have had 7 days to get it setup with both in hand.
The staff was nice enough about it but otherwise not empowered to do anything but follow exact process.

Wanted a specific item and they pulled it from one of there storage facilities and got it in 3 day, very nice people and will help and great services
