TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! This location deserves no stars as far as I’m concerned. See, I had placed a complaint about an employee there who continually ignores when I’m trying to get his attention. When I had described him to the greeter , he acted like he didn’t know who I was talking about, as if I was stupid.
Oh, good luck calling to place a complaint. Maybe this is why customer service at this location IS SO VERY BAD:((

Sales representative was very helpful in explaining the difference on the printers I was considering. His explanation made it much easier in making a decision. Best Buy prices are very competitive and they price match if you show them the add and they verify it. Best Buy seems to have a large selection of various brands and their prices are the same as any Amazon advertised item or they will price match. They also have free home delivery.
