Paid for Delivery and Installation — Got Neither

I purchased a washer and dryer from Best Buy with paid delivery and installation. On July 26, the delivery team arrived but refused to bring the machines up my driveway, saying it was too steep for their truck. I rescheduled and explained the issue, assuming they’d come prepared next time — but a week later, they showed up in the same large truck and refused again.
I asked them to at least complete the installation if I handled moving the machines. The technician came up, inspected everything, and then refused, claiming there were hose and gas line issues. I ended up hiring someone else who installed everything within two hours with no problems.
Best Buy’s service was extremely disappointing. I paid for something I never received and had to spend extra to get the job done properly. Would not recommend their delivery or installation service based on this experience.

I usually enjoy best buy in Chino, but now it’s getting worse, Actually its a lot more terrible customer service. I walked in met the greeter, I asked for where the apple watch is located, because I was ready to buy one today. He causally pointed me to the its direction.. As I waited for help, but to no avail, no help came. I walked over to one of their counters and I saw two employees there, both were on their phones, I asked for assistance and I guess thats too much work for them to assist me, he pointed me to the direction and he went about fingering his phone. It’s now been 15 minutes, Im ready to get help. I walked to another counter and yet again they were both on their phones. Wow!!! This is @ 10:35am. Mind you! what could you possibly be on your phone doing at this time to not help customers lol! Anyway, I was done I am ready leave and on my way out I told the two greeters, “can you tell your employees to help people next time and get off their phones” and she replied, “what can help you with?!” Well its 20 minutes too late , I replied, “Sorry it’s to late Ill go somewhere else that values customers.. So I went next door to wholly World (Wal-mart) and bought a apple watch. Best Buy do better! Professionalism and customer service starts at the top! Train your people better! $You lost 300 dollars that your store would have made, but you didn’t because of poor customer service. Good bye!

I needed apple watch, i went in to seek some help, unfortunately they only told me where to go, but help in sight, if they check the cameras I was in there for good 15minutes. I asked a staff member who was busy on his phone to assist but yet again he pointed me to the direction where it is. This i is laughable for customer service. As I walked towards other areas where their staff is located they were all on their phones as well. Crazy stuff. This tells the whole point why best buy is headed down the toilet. Do better going somewhere else to get real customer service. As I exited their store two of their greets were standing there. i told them it would nice if your staff can get off their phones and service customers. One of them said, what can I help you with then?! To late, you lost customer that was ready to purchase the new iphone watch. Your damn phone time should be during uour personal time not at work!
