The worst customer service. The employees sit on their phones.They sit and talk to each other having persnsl conversations. I tried to get help three times while the staff stand around rather than work. Lots of staff young staff out on the floor but they don't work. And it's absolutely ridiculous whe trying to get help. And nobody helps you such poor management.

Best Buy is a shadow of what it was. Bought a MS Office license for Mac/Windows for like $150, the 2 yrs old MacBook Pro I bought the license for can’t activate the license.. license activation server has all sort of problems and there is hardly any support for standalone licenses nowadays. Also the code don’t work with any of my windows desktops either. Of course, they won’t accept return of the software since they classify it as a gift card, which has a much much shorter return period. I’ve wasted so much time talking to Microsoft costumer services and Best Buy costumer services, it’s probably not worth the effort to get my money back. So I’ve accepted that I spent $150 at Best Buy for nothing and bought the same product for half the price off Amazon with absolutely no issues. Really disappointed with what Best Buy has become in the PC/Software sector.
