Worst service ever!! I made an Apple purchase online so I choose this location for a in store pickup. They give me a date first, and then they just changed, it was 5 pm and didn’t hear nothing from the store in my pickup date, I walk in to the store and nobody knows anything I see two guys and one of them says its been a busy day maybe by the end of the day or maybe tomorrow but we don’t know when exactly… but nobody checked nothing and I see two guys in the store! So I decided to cancel my order. Im very disappointed! im not coming back and do not recommend gurnee location!
