I purchased all new kitchen appliances a few months ago with the extraordinary help of the Gurnee BB sales person, Paul Sereno. It had been a few decades since I'd purchased new appliances so I was starting from scratch with no knowledge of what's available now. Paul never tired of my questions. His knowledge base is the best I've ever experienced. He not only did a home visit to see my kitchen's needs but he also met me a few times in the store.
