Update on the review. Scott the Senior executive from Best Buy reached out and was a very nice gentleman to speak with about my issue with the front desk and my purchase. He is going to send me a gift card to cover the cost difference in the TV purchase. Thanks Scott for your time!!!
By far the worst experience I had ever had !!!! The guy up front with the gray greasy hair and teeth missing is an absolute joke. I bought a TV on line using Affirm on the 19th of April they cancelled my order and I on the 21st. I asked why and he said the system did for some reason. It was a Toshiba 65inch for 298.00 I asked if I could repurchase it now and he said ya but not for the price that was listed on the 19th. I asked why. He said because the sale is over. I said so I have to pay the full price at 419.00 even though it wasn't my fault that the order was cancelled. He said yes!!! I was blown away. Oh and he claims that he is manager but he really isn't. Just because he has been there for 20 years doesn't make you a MGR. And the real MGR of course wouldn't come out and talk to me she was to busy hiding behind the door at the front. I will never go back there ever customer service is horrible and I went next door and gave target my business. You should be ashamed of yourself Best Buy!!! I WOULD LOVE MANAGEMENT TO FIX MY SITUATION BUT THEY WON'T THEY WILL BRUSH IT UNDER THE RUG. I WILL GO TO CORPORATE ABOUT IT
Dave at the teller made my day today an excellent experience at Best Buy because I was able to apply for and receive a credit card that I can use for my purchases there. The application process was simple and quick, and Dave was very supportive throughout. Now, I have a convenient way to manage my purchases and take advantage of benefits offered by the credit card. Highly recommend shopping at Best Buy!
