if you need camera equipment go elsewhere. shelves are pretty empty, and ive gone in multiple times to see if they restock items i need.
said they had an item in stock at another location that was out of stock here. ordered it through the cashier. driving 30 minutes out and i get a text saying they dont have the item. thanks... wasted an hour of my time and gas.
lots of staff, no one asks if we need help. they used to be more helpful just a few years ago. :/
tried to buy a phone (without carrier), had money ready but they said i need a carrier. annoying, yall afraid of money or what???
sigh, not trying to buy stuff online but kinda have to. not buying from their website but direct sellers only now. not worth dealing with best buy anymore.
best buy has been on the downfall for awhile, now is only a matter of time when they close their doors. surprised they lasted this long tbh.

haven't been to best buy in two years. went in to by small 24 tv instead of just using amazon , none on sales floor, plenty in overhead, had to wait for them to get stock down, then went to check out, received a 5$ reward so went to use it. nope, expired 3 days ago. asked to speak to manager...nope...he is busy. nope not returning....should have just ordered from amazon...frustration free

I Found everything I was looking for with the help of a very exceptional associate LOU! He helped me found the best deal for my laptop, he took his time to sit and explain all the features my laptop came with, what I'd need to do my particular job and helped me sign up for the most beneficial warranty on my electronics all while making us laugh props to LOU! I love that I wasn't pressured into a sale!
