I had to wait over an hour to pick up a monitor I ordered online, and to make matters worse, they claimed they would call me when it was ready. After waiting, I decided to walk in 30 minutes later, only to find out the monitor had been ready the whole time. The customer service, especially from Katie, the manager, was unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. Can't get a live person who speaks English well enough to understand or a person who will not hang up on me. I cannot log into my account because of too many errors. I cannot enter a different debit card so I cannot pay my bill, nor can I talk to anyone on the phone. TERRIBLE service. What I buy here is good, but heaven forbid I need customer service

Today in the morning i was greeted and asked if there was anything i needed help with what a way to start off my experience here ! "Natasha" was really helpful in what i was looking for great attitude great smile took me on what was on sale for the product i was interested in and omg amazing employee thank you natasha for your great service i purchased the beats pro by the way !
Horrible customer service and if you order online ready in an hour get ready to wait a while its gonna be at least 2 hours
