Don’t ever get your car audio system done there. Installer will lie to you just to get you to shut up. I had valid concerns, spent 1000 dollars on everything and it wasn’t correct and the installer drove around with me telling me it’s fine. He then went back to his manager and told him everything sounded alright which was a straight up lie, I called the guy a snake for that. His manager, Isaiah was not very cool either, I told him to get into my car and listen to the audio and tell me it sounds right and he refused just being a smartass saying “my installer said it was fine so I don’t need to” Isaiah also told me to call corporate about a refund when he knew only the store could do it, another example of saying something to the customer to get them to shut up. After I called corporate they told me the truth that only the store can process the return . Went back and confronted Isaiah over it and all of a sudden his story changed. After enough complaining the higher up approved my full return. Be warned don’t ever go there for car audio

Don't waste your time unless you know where everything is The staff, while plentiful, seem to be too busy to help the customers

Best buy as every other, but at least try training kids that work in there little bit harder, I know it’s not easy, but it would be nice.

Installed crooked. Was told I'd have to pay entire installation fee again. I was part of membership and have to pay for new installation for the crooked install. I don't think so! Zero stars if I could. Bad customer service. Buy somewhere else. Used to love best buy.
