Daniel and Colin from Geeksquad went above and beyond to help me back up my phone. Worst nightmare when your phone is damaged and cannot retrieve anything. Both are very professional and friendly.
But for Best Buy, the noise from the escalator is unbearable. All the customer and workers have to listen to it all day.
