Went in for apple service as this Best Buy was listed as an apple repair center through apple’s Genius Bar appointment system.
Service people were incredibly unhelpful, saying they couldn’t figure out how to loosen a screw in my phone to run diagnostics. This was after I waited half an hour for them to try to work on it. Total waste of time and it looks like they stripped the screw head on my phone.
If i could give it a Zero stars i would. Horrible customer service took us 30 mins standing in line all workers smiling passing by us, ask 2 people for help said someone should come shortly, another 20 mins past NO ONE! until someone from geek squad said someone should be with us shortly but 5 mins later ended up telling us go to check out line. Again another 15 mins waiting. unbelievable service. do better best buy.

We were price comparison shopping for a smart watch when we stopped in yesterday. We were assisted by Daniel, who patiently answered our questions about different models, pricing options, promotional event – never felt rushed that he needed to help other customers. I mean, this guy went above and beyond so that we could get the best price, and it was greatly appreciated. He also helped us prep the old watch so that we could do a trade-in. Fantastic. His manager, John, was also very helpful. Just a general note about the store. Many sales reps working the floor, everyone asked us if we needed help, but Daniel was already assisting us. Great customer service at the Aiea location.
