We bought our new tablet yesterday. Chris is a great salesman, really knows computers. He explained the pros and cons of the hp envy tablets. The one we had wanted from our research online is not available, so we went with the next step up. He explained the membership for tech support with the Geek Squad and the benefits are fantastic! We took the tablet home and did the initial set up, one of the programs we installed caused it to crash. We made an appt with the Geek Squad today and Willie gave us personal service. He resolved the issue and helped us get the Webroot antivirus software and MS Word installed. He was very patient with us and explained everything so well! He answered all our questions and truly went the “extra mile” to be sure we will be able to start using it right away. We highly recommend this store and especially the helpful, courteous staff!

U have to be white to get any help from this store and it’s lazy workers. I sat there and watched. They do not like helping black customers. Racist business !!!! Will be contacting corporate

Went in to look for a USB c to headphone adapter. It wasn't with the headphones. After about 10 minutes I found an employee. They didn't seem that busy but he recommended in the computer adapter area. He said he would send somebody to help me. Nobody ever showed up I wanted the whole area I found every USB adapter except for the one that I was looking for. It said they had multiples in stock online. I ended up giving up and just leaving. I guess I'll buy it from Amazon
