If it’s a new product you may want to order it online on advance or they usually don’t have it. Like any of the Apple products for example, certain computer monitors, and cameras. Usually out of stock or close to out of stock. I give 4 stars though because of the excellence of geek squad

The store is fantastic and all the staff seemed very nice and several offered to help us find anything we needed. Displays were all working fine and we had a fun time window shopping. However, as you can probably tell from the photos, I paid a visit to the restroom while I was there. The restroom itself was fine (shout out for the changing table in the men's room), but it's gotta be some kind of crime to have a gap big enough for my thumb to fit through on either side of the stall door. I've seen bad, this was horrendous and easily took the cake. I'm lucky I was the only one in the bathroom the whole time. To top it off, the toilet paper was quite literally see-through. Not my first time dealing with this, but the combo of the 2 just made me feel like my concerns in a bathroom being sold out for the cheapest option somebody could find. While I know this is probably an HQ decision, I'd like you to know that the gap at this place is so big on either side that both of the received stars are for how impressively kind the staff seemed to be. Bathroom privacy is not something the price gauging is going towards.
