Went in to get some computer speakers and saw one with a great price and discount. Upon ring up the sale price was not accurate. Though the associate was unable to help, the manager was able to honor the price tag which was massive savings. Big shout out.
I ordered a microwave to be shipped to my local store. Very difficult to get in touch with someone to find the status. Keep going in an endless loop To a call center continuously asking me the same questions. All I want is to speak to someone at my local store, which is impossible. Very frustrating.
They have a variety of equipment offers, the only bad thing is that it happened to me twice and it is that I have gone to find the items that I need and when I ask they send me to customer service, then they tell me to go to the area that someone will assist me, I see them talking among themselves, and in the end nobody arrives, the last time I went a few days ago I was waiting about ten minutes and nobody arrived, I left with doubts and without knowing if they had or did not have what I needed that in the end I had to buy it online, I think they should pay a little more attention to the customer.
