How do I check product availability at the Jackson Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Jackson Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I'm giving this store a one-star because of the assistant manager the manager the short guy with the mustache that was completely rude to me. I called the store ahead before I got there to make sure they had the JBL 710 speaker in stock and they said they did when I came in the door I walked up to the counter over there where everybody was standing for people total the guy said he was training this guy to go stand over there by the speakers and he would get somebody to help me. I stood there for 10 minutes and I watched him he never talked to anybody except the kid he was training and then I walked back up to him he said I'm trying to train this person I'll get somebody to help you as soon as I can. Your first thing should be customer service to your customers there's the ones that keep your business open and are the ones that pay your checks. If he is assistant manager or manager he needs to be fired cuz he's very rude. The kid that he was training Actually help me Go get this speaker Bring it up so I can pay for it Add the warranty And help me get out the door. Sometimes customers are in a hurry, And they just want to get their product and go and not wait on some snobby rude Manager or assistant manager or trainer To stand by and not do anything. I will never come back to this store.
