Had an entirely horrible experience due to Jen. She literally has 0 customer service and is truly an awful human being. She needs to fired expeditiously and I hope that she has the day she deserves.

The employee by the name of Jen was very rude to me when I asked a simple question before her shift. You should really get an education, Jen, because customer service is not your strong suit

I am not one for leaving a bad review but my last experiences were pretty terrible that I wonder if they even care to read these. Last year i purchased a sony oled tv and warranty for a little over 2k…loved the install and tv for about 2 days until if failed, went down and they swapped it out for another only for it to fail as well within a week. I was pretty apprehensive about buying a third so i asked if they would give a c4 for 10% off the sales price for the inconvenience and i was politely to kick rocks even after i asked if that was better than returning a 2k tv..apparently they didn’t care. Flash forward to tonight..they had an open box Sony LED tv listed for 894 that was in (excellent condition) i reluctantly went to see it but i didnt want to pass it up. The sales floor clerk was polite but he said after searching for it that it was gone but they had another one that was listed for $200 more..this unit has smudges and scratches along the top and it was more than the other one. I asked if they would price match it to the other one and he said no way. I asked why is this one Listed at 200 more and its in worse condition but i didnt get a explanation. My experiences have left me feeling that they could care less about what customers experience and just $$. Its a shame because i grew up with bestbuy as a destination for all my electronic gadgets and toys but now i doubt i will be back.

Don't bother ordering for pick up. Your order can be right there in the back, then be gone the next 30 min and your order can still be "preparing". Saw what i ordered for pick up right behind the counter and was told they were still trying to find my order, I pointed it out to him and showed him my order was right there behind him, the exact amount I bought. Decided to wait it out. I come back and the things I ordered are gone, my order was still "preparing". Wasted my time.
