11/17/24 Marc was super helpful at the front counter. Patient and had us in and out in no time
Wife bought a breville espresso machine last month for Veterans Day for me today. Did our research on how it works before opening it. It was to complicated, so decided to return it(never opened the box and had the receipt) and get something else. Store manager said I couldn’t return it for a refund or store credit it’s not in the policy. I called corporate and told me they can’t get you a refund but can give you store credit which is totally fine because I planned on buying another product from Best Buy. So after figuring out the store manager was lying about store credit. I went back to the store and showed him messages from corporate about store credit. He then said it’s up to store discretion. I then called corporate again and they couldn’t help with the situation either. They said try a different store. There’s only that one Best Buy here in town. Serve my country for 8 years and I can’t even get store credit. Not asking for a refund.

We went to Best Buy to trade in our phones to get the new iPhone 16 pro max. We looked around, there wasn’t any employees near. So I had to go to the front of the store to ask for help. The employee just checked us in to the Best Buy queue and said that someone would be will us shortly. We waited for about 40 minutes and we asked again and they said someone would be coming to help, no one never came. So we just decided to leave.
