The service in the store was fine, this review is related to their follow-up where I received numerous messages telling me to pick-up my item, including phone calls to the phone that I had repaired. When I tried to call back to inform them that I had the item, I was transferred to someone in a foreign country who said he couldn’t help me and then when I asked if he was in the United States, since I called the Panama City store directly, he hung up on me. They need to get their systems updated and they need to be answering calls from customers in-store, not routing them oversees.
