Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >

We need more Tom's in this world!
I went into Best Buy looking for a specific laptop to support my endeavors. I found a man named Tom who is super knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't get the exact laptop I was looking for, but I got something better and cheaper.
Tom was super patient and answered all my questions, without getting annoyed with my slight push-back and follow-up questions. He not only listened to my desires and concerns with a laptop, but he was extremely personable, and we chatted about life as well.
This is the type of service I expect and love about Best Buy.
We need more Tom's in this world who aren't just out to sell someone the most expensive thing in the store, but will listen and help any way they can.
You need to come to this Best Buy. You might find more than what you want.
You might find what you need, and have people there to help you succeed.
