Purchased ac unit that failed 18 days later. Went into the store and asked for an exchange. Policy states no returns after 15 days. Crazy how these big chain stores can’t backup a product for at least 30 days. Won’t be spending another dollar in this store!

When we ask they say it lost in ship. Ok let’s talk manager and see if we can cancel? She has the power… No. She won’t. No reasoning why either

Just wanted to take the time and give some recognition where it due I walked in best buy looking for some help and couldn't find anyone to help asked the person in front of he could call somebody no one came then a nice young man named Cory he was a rep for Chromebooks he said but I didn't need a computer I was needing help with a printer but no one cared or asked and Cory said that's not a problem I can help you with one he literally answers all my questions Cory should get a raise this one is a gem keep him at all costs 5 stars is the most you can give I would give him 10 if could best customer service I ever had Cory is the best
