I use a headset for my business. I broke the one I had. It was crucial to find another good one. I was there over 30 mins looking and walked out. Not one person offered to help or even said hello. Taking my business elsewhere

This best buy has caused me to boycott the entire best buy Company. They will never get one more dollar from me again. Bought my son a sim race set up that came broken. Over $400. But since it was the 11th day since purchase no return. It had been wrapped up as a present and I thought it was a two week return policy. Guess it's 10 days. So not only would they not help but the manager was awful about it. With a huge smile on his face he said "Should have bought the warranty, huh? " then laughed. "Guess you learned to buy the warranty next time?" . He refused to help AT ALL and was literally laughing at us for being upset. My son cried. I've never felt so screwed over by a store. I've bought all my electronics from best buy and it's always my first black Friday store. Thousands and thousands I've spent there. Never one more doller. Thank God Thrustmasters (the wheel company) was cool about it and after a couple months we got it back with work done to it but we shouldn't have to do that when YOU'RE SELLING A BROKEN PRODUCT OFF THE SHELVES. This happened over Christmas and took until March to get dealt with through thrustmasters. Just writing this review now, because I'm going through the headache of getting an Xbox controller that I do have the extra warranty on replaced. Garbage store ran by garbage people. Spend your money else where.
