I really wish I could zero stars. My husband just had the absolute worst experience @ this store. The only bright spot was the young guy Johnny who tried his best to help me. When he asked for help from the unless female manager,she not only blew him off but my husband as well. I would go into detail of what happened but I see from the robotic responses from what we are supposed to believe is management is not sincere nor helpful. There is not a corporate number. Customer service is in another country, therefore it's extremely difficult to understand them in order to get anything resolved. My advice is if you really need to buy something from here and have a problem with your purchase, you are out of luck. Who ever the female manager was is the absolute worst person to be in management!

Was able to find what i needed fairly quickly. Reasonably priced and was checked out in short order.
Went to Best Buy today to look at home security systems and didn’t know anything about them.Thankfully they have a man named Tom working there and took a lot of time explaining things to me.He couldn’t have been nicer.
