Best Buy has been consistently disappointing, from their glitchy website to unhelpful customer service. Their delivery promises are unreliable, which is frustrating for customers who rely on fast shipping. Delays seem to be the norm rather than the exception, and there is little accountability. No surprise here, but it is frustrating every single time. I foolishly counted on them, and my order is delayed once again.

My experience with BB has been a nightmare from the beginning to the very end! If this gets long I apologize but it does matter because of all the customer service hassle. There is NO customer service in companies any more first of all. They simply do not care. My LG refrigerator went out after only 6yrs. I was going to fix the compressor but it would take over a week to have someone get here. Why not just buy a new one. My home ins(Old Republic) would reimburse me most of the cost. Went to Lowe's. Nothing kept in stock anymore. Absolutely nothing! Came home got online called BB. After over an hour I finally had a refrigerator. All the ones I had picked could be delivered by Aug 8th. Oh great I thought. Then the last step the agent would say "oh I'm sorry that's not available in your area" what??!! But did order one(not the one I really wanted) and she said "it can be delieved Aug 12th! What??. What happened to the 8th. My broken refrigerator could be fixed on the 7th. But I was SO frustrated by then I went with it. I kept getting notices of delivery times. First few days 7::30 am to 7:30 pm then the last 3 days 10:30- 3:30. Today went into my app and it said to "schedule your time?" So it took me to a calendar and today was NOT available until August 20th! I immediately called the 800 number but still connected called the store. Started telling her the situation and the 800 number buzzed in saying to hang up and he was someone higher up. Now in between this time I had gone INTO our local store to just see if I could push my delivery date up. A young man told me NO because the truck doesn't arrive until Friday(Aug 8th) My delivery date the following Tuesday(today 8/12) I said OK.:( Then showed him the model I really wanted and could I get that one. He said NO we can't even get that one. I said "what?" Yeah,LG pays us to keep their models on DISPLAY!!!!" I told him WOW that makes Best Buy AND LG look bad. Would that fall under deception? False advertising? Oh, here it is but you can't get it??!! SO, here i am this, am talking to management telling me he doesn't know WHEN OR IF I'll EVER get my refrigerator but he'll expedite it. Don't think so. I told him I'm jumping in my car going to Lowes and buying.one. In 20 min I was giving them my Lowes card! DONE! Even told them the hell I had been through. Didn't have to pay a hall away fee either like I did for BB. The BIG PLUS, I got the refrigerator I wanted. For a great price. So maybe I should say THANK YOU. However I won't be walking into your deceptive store anytime soon! I give you ZERO stars;(
