How do I check product availability at the Panama City Best Buy?

Where to start.
Purchased a fridge and was told it would take 6 weeks before it could be delivered. Okay
Day of delivery BestBuy send you their “Delivery tracking”, completely useless. At 11:09am it showed eta 11:55am. So I waited until about 11:35 to start emptying my fridge and disconnecting to try and be as helpful as possible. Then I check the app after all that is completed and at 12:01 it shows eta 28 minutes. What use is a tracking app if it is no better than waiting until you get the knock on the door????
Then try and call my local store to speak to a manager or my sales person but NO you can’t call your local BestBuy store even though they list a number cause it goes straight to a call center filled with people who couldn’t care less about your issue.
