Great interactions with employees at the Geek Squad, they were extremely helpful.
I bought an Ibuypower computer from here and I love it!
We bought an openbox microwave and were encouraged to buy the protection plan so that if anything went wrong, it would be repaired or replaced. When I reported a repair need, they said they could not repair or replace, but only give me store credit for purchase price. They refused to repair or replace. I will never shop best buy again. I don’t use facebook, instagram or other social media so I can’t respond to the owner’s reply.
