Geek Squad Bloomington broke my phone and refused to fix it. Took in my iPhone 14 to get a battery replacement. Less than a week after getting it back, it started shutting off and on randomly. I was out of town so I went into another Best Buy and they said the battery replacement was absolutely botched. They put it in writing and told me to take the phone back to the original store to have it fixed. Of course once I took it back they said there was no issue with the repair. Refused to send me anything confirming that was actually true. Said they would charge me another $600 to fix the damages they caused. I wasted about 3 weeks of my life dealing with a broken phone. Horrible experience and I will never be back here.

Agree with others - Customer service via phone is TERRIBLE!!!! I am repeating what others have said. I also tried to call the store. Their AI person is horrific and only connected me to random people from a call center. I tried 5 times and used #2091 to connect directly. Nobody is able to connect you with someone at the store. "That's how it's set up", is what I was told. It was very sketchy!!!
Soooo sad Best Buy :( You will lose MANY customers this way... It's not worth using AI. Please place someone in the store that can answer simple questions on the phone for customers.
