I wanted to get just info on car audio information after spending a decent amount of money with them the day before. I called the next day to see if a specific specialist was available to come in and finish my inquiry and it was confirmed that they were there. I arrive a couple hours later to be told this said specialist left early for the day. It was extremely frustrating as I live in a different city and put my trust in this store to get what I needed finished.
The staff sold me on the idea that applying for a credit card would get me 15% off. So I applied for the card and they told me there was some issue and the card wouldn't work, so I paid cash on the spot. Two weeks later I got the credit card. In the end, I got the card but didn't get the discount!
Some people don’t know everything. Be nice to your customers
