Best Best Buy experience in years. The manager,Adam, was so helpful and knowledgeable. I am happy I didn't shop elsewhere, even though I swore I'd never shop BB again. I pray my delivery goes smoothly, and they will be back in the gold shopper selection for me again!
The kid that checked me out was especially disrespectful. He saw me enter the line and he tried to hide... There was one person in front of me being helped by another cashier. He was operating the 2nd cash register, but would've rather the customer in-front of me finish so that I go to the busy cashier rather than him. His plan to get this to work was to ... try to hide behind the drink fridge. When I continued to make eye contact with him, he shamefully walked over to his cash register and gave me an angry look like "come on." I greeted him since he clearly doesn't have the customer service or basic respect to, to which he ignored. He didn't speak the entire interaction. Clearly had some weird racial motivation behind it. I paid $700 before entering the store and have spent > $5k at best buy in the last few years. I expect the people you hire to have at least basic respect for all types of customers, including not trying to hide and then not responding to them when they engage with you, after you failed to engage with them first.
TERRIBLE SERVICE, left my computer to repair, there was further damage apparently. I was never contacted, after 13 days my computer returns without repair. Waste of my time and money.
