My Dishwasher was installed by best buys 3rd party delivery team and leaked water everywhere during the first test run it wasn't installed correctly the return line wasn't even put into the Dishwasher it was haphazardly left basically unplugged from the unit something that should ha e been caught by the technicians who installed initial. i had to remove the unit myself that was just installed and contain the water leakage best i could. What was provided though was 3 hours of leaking water damage into my kitchen area and caused my breaker to tripped multiple times as well as possibility damaging my newly delivered Dishwasher due to all the water that leaked onto the floor and unit while it did the initial test run. Zero stars if I could. Negitive stars actually. Absolutely the worst experience ive ever had with getting an appliance delivered and installed. I will not be recommending or be a repeat customer for appliances from best buy moving forward. Their customer service isnt any better. Infact i will do what I can to make sure anyone who needs a new appliance stears clear of best buy and their third party delivery service. Absolutely the worst service ive ever had. The dishwasher is still not installed and ive had to wait another 5 days just to get someone out to my house to fix it. As well as best buys refusal of a refund for the initial delivery service that caused all the water damage to my kitchen and floors.
Unprofessional.

the moment it was finally my turn 4 associates showed up to take care of the remaining people
communication is key here— if they just told me “many of our staff are in a meeting rn we’ll help you asap” i wouldn’t have felt so annoyed but instead when you see a hundred people walking around and you’re just wasting time standing here, you get frustrated feeling disrespected and ignored
i get it not everyone is trained for the same roll but come on people
these stores (target best buy etc) are really going down hill (after covid) it almost feels like they remain in short supply on purpose

I was sent to the Round Rock store from Georgetown so they could transfer data from my previous laptop to my new laptop, I didn’t have an appointment, I had time sensitive documents I needed to finish working on, it was pouring rain and AUSTIN saved the day!! He was through and relayed everything he was doing so I could follow the time frame. Unbelievably kind, efficient and made a difficult situation into a smooth transition. Kit was also extremely helpful and kind, both of them were a dream team!!
