This is the worst best buy I’ve ever visited, there is zero customer service, I asked for help to locate the product I want to buy the employee just said where the product is and that I can grab it to the check out but once I went there the product was locked and the employee was nowhere to be found went to the front again and asked that I need to buy this product but they made me wait for 15 minutes and I walked out the door across to target where I bought what I wanted.

The store is just okay. It’s usually empty whenever I go, which feels a bit odd. The staff is always friendly and helpful, though, which is nice. My one issue is that, as soon as you walk in, the rep at the door immediately asks what you’re looking for. Sometimes people just want to browse without a specific goal, so it feels a bit rushed.
