If I could give a zero I would they cheated my elderly parents out of their money and they never showed up for the appointment and they never call. I confirmed the appointment and the manager in the geek squad told me a bald faced lie.

They got stuff, if you feel like standing around waiting for anyone. Been in the same area for about half an hour and I've seen one person walk by, busy with another customer. Still a good place to go if ya need computers and stuff though. Just bring a chair. Never thought I'd miss a random worker walking by to ask if I was looking for anything but here we are. Also check any laptops before you leave. Mine was pretty much broken when I opened the box.
