1 star is too much. I just purchased an open box Hisense Canvas that was marked as having everything included and nothing missing. Only to get home and realize that it's missing the mounting bracket. So naturally, I call up the local number (434 area code) to get the pleasure of talking to an AI agent - and then after yelling at a computer I was able to get a hold of a person in a different country. once again - from a local number. I will be returning this first thing tomorrow and hope to have no issues in the return process. This is embarrassing for Best Buy and I will never shop here again.

I will never shop at Best Buy again. Repairing my 10-month old high-end laptop still under warranty was nothing but run-around and add-on fees and costs. Not my first bad experience at BB but definitely my last.
