I bought an external antenna with the assurance that Best Buy would install it. Payment issues, two appointments cancelled while I was trying to pay, and then was told that your incompetent workers could not do the installation. This low level of service matches my previous experiences with Best Buy, shame on ME, and I will not be that dumb again! Good bye, Best Bye Bye.

Horrific experience! DO NOT SHOP HERE! The manager on duty on 10/22 is completely incompetent, and refused to help with a merchandise and billing dispute. I truly hope this location closes down because they are in the business of ripping people off instead of helping customers. Wait your 2-days from Prime Shipping and go with Amazon!

Just had a stereo and infotainment install done at Charlottesville BB location in an older model XTerra. Everything works great and was installed perfectly. Just want to give a shoutout to the installer (pretty sure his name was Josh...?) - besides the great work, he was super personable, friendly, warm, professional, and excellent communication from him. Made an experience I was honestly kind of dreading a total pleasure. Excellent service!
