Do your own in depth research before shopping because they won't help you. I went in to buy a new phone. It was one of the ones on the cheaper end, but it was still a couple hundred dollars. The sales guy barely acknowledged me, didn't explain that this was a "budget phone" so it would lag horribly, and just walked toward the registers while I was still shopping. I had the phone for 6 hours and it ran worse than my Samsung from 2020. THE ONLY redeeming experience was Dorian, who both checked me out the first time and processed my return. He was genuine and made the return the easiest part of the whole process.

When in there to get some new accessories for my new phone and when I asked one of the employees who I believe was the manager, " hey could I get some help when someone has some time" and he rudely responded to me saying that there was a wait everyone was busy and I would have to wait my turn. That's fine but seems a little aggressive. That was all fine and dandy but then I proceeded to watch his team help people that came in after I did so obviously there wasn't much of a line. The manager's name I believe was Eric, and it's kind of crazy that when you ask for help at a place of business to have the employees respond so rudely to you.
