605 area code, but your call gets routed to an Indian call center. I want to talk to an employee at the Rapid City store, not an Indian with a heavy accent who can't answer my questions! Do better Best Buy.

As an advocate for Best Buy shoppers, I must address the concerning issue of customers being forced to wait in queues to receive assistance, which is a significant factor contributing to their negative one-star rating. The presence of multiple employees standing idle without actively assisting customers is perplexing and appears to be a lack of motivation. It is puzzling why floor associates are employed to engage with customers but are not obligated to provide help until they are queued. LAZY.

I walked into the Rapid City Store around 2:39 pm, The individual in the front asked me what I was looking for. I said I have some questions on the EERO mesh system. I told me where to go and someone would help me. After looking at the system and nobody to help me. I seen 2 people working at the Geek squad Counter and thought I would ask them the question. As I walked up, one was helping a customer and the other went and got a power drink, seen me and walked away. As I waited nothing, I seen another person and asked for some help. She said she would call someone to help me, she radio for help. 10 minutes later, nobody came. It was around 3:10 pm and nobody was avaialbe to answer my 2 questions on the EERO. Since nobody care that I was there for 30 minute, I was frustrated and left. Thanks for no help Best buy.
