Had to pickup an order that was placed in Colorado. Attentive lady helped get the order set up and the guys loaded up my new washer. I am glad to see that they didn't rush and shove it in the back of my truck. They were all helpful.

Ordered a washer and dryer. Was told it would be delivered today. Originally received call that it would be delivered 10-12 ...then text with 12-4. Literally had to arrange someone to sit and wait... At four I called and they put me on hold ...then said delivery team stated they were running late...and would call me ... At 6 I called again because I never heard from them...was put on hold... Told they spoke with the team and was told they would be at my home shortly .. it's now 8 and I never heard from them... The store is now closed...so now I pay to have someone wait another day or lose another day of work to wait myself... I've never seen a company so unprofessional.....so I have attached a picture of my imaginary washer and dryer that I already paid for and don't have to use .. great work BEST BUY...

This store has really gone downhill over the years and it shows with the lack of customers I see in the store anymore. Their return policy is absolutely ridiculous! 14 days from the date of purchase is understandable for electronic devices, but for everything else, 14 days is inexcusable! Just about everyone in the retail world allows at least 30 days from the time of purchase. Best Buy wants to charge you $50 just to have the privilege to return after 14 days. An absolute racket! I guess you're trying to make up for your lack of customer base anymore with subscription fees just to get the return privilege all other retailers offer huh? I know I will never spend a penny in this store in the future. I'll find a retailer who actually appreciates their customers. Shame on you Best Buy, shame on you.... 😡😡😡
