Made an appointment for my one-year-old MacBook Pro’s display. Got there early. Nevertheless, geek people kept taking care of walk-ins as I sat there for 45 minutes. Never asked if I’d been helped. Finally talked to some kid; told him it looks like I’d be better off doing a walk-in than an appointment. He replied, “OK, everyone just calm down.” Where that came from I have no idea but very inappropriate. When I explained the problem of a bad display on the laptop his most often-used phrases included, “Well maybe it’s…, or, “I’m guessing that it’s…,” or, “I’m not sure but it might be…” Knew NOTHING about Apple laptops. Then I discovered essentially ALL Apple repairs are done off-site with a turnaround time of “up to two weeks.” Thought I’d take a chance with Computer Village since the BB experience was so frustrating. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Turns out they do the repair onsite. Turnaround time, 3-5 days. Guess who’s doing the repair, and all my future Apple purchases.
Just left there and the service was great. I'm from out of town.
I didn't sign in all the way in error, young man coming into work at 3pm, helped, then he also brought out my new TV. Thank so much. Awesome customer service.
They never have anything in stock and when you have questions about products nobody knows anything . We asked 4 different people about a light system and nobody knew anything about them . We ended up not getting anything , prob would have if we had more helpful info .
