Spent $1200 and told not to hurt my back carrying it out....huh? I put it on a cart and rolled it out. Tried to warranty my screen cover and they were outnof stock.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was having an issue while traveling and the staff helped me figure out what I needed and got me back on my way.

I made an online purchase and used $130 of my reward zone certificates I have been saving while visiting SD for Sturgis...
They didn't have all of the products in my order-the most important item being the memory card...Can't use a camera without a memory card.
I asked the manager do price match 2 memory cards for the 1I was suppose to get, which was a larger card. They did, however, they refunded the ENTIRE purchase- making my Reward Zone certificates UNUSABLE. Costing me $130 more than what I had originally spent. The manger told me "Call best buy and they can apply it to your purchase" THAT WAS A LIE...
Now, I live 4 hours from a Best Buy, I have to DRIVE 4 hours one way to return this purchase and repurchase it AGAIN in order to use MY reward zone certificates or pay $130 more...
The manger of this store, needs to learn the rules and guidelines of the company she works for... I am EXTREEMLY upset if you can't tell.. I spend THOUSANDS of dollars at Best Buy every year. This may be the LAST time I ever buy anything from them.

Having experienced online and off-line shopping this Best Buy exceeds all expectations from management down to single employee. My wife and I could not be happier with the hospitality and attention. We feel as if we were VIP when we are not special at all. We will go to this Best Buy for everything but bananas, and toilette paper— unless they start carrying that too!
