I have been a customer for many years. I have purchased all my appliances from you! This is the first time I have needed help with an appliance that broke down. I have spent four hours on the phone with three different reps! Best buy and the geek squad both have been impossible to work with! It’s been impossible to get any help. I bought your protection program and it turned out to be worthless. I’m thoroughly frustrated and disgusted with your store. You were good taking my money, not so good after you had it! I’ll never shop at your store again and I will tell everyone I know to never shop there as well!
