Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >

Best Buy has been my "Go to Store" and recent need Tek Support had appt with "Geek Squad" 11am with Robert, was so great, very Helpful got me another appt to Follow up with Geek Squad at 3:20pm with "Jinesh" was Awesome, assessed Very Important sites I had issues getting with Lap Top! "Jinesh" very patient, he outline steps for me and made my Zoom assessable for VIP Meetings! Also set another Appointment to follow up my concerns with LapTop, Thank You so very much You All have help me so much! Best Buy has been Fabulous for Electronic needs, Cell Assesories, I Purchase Lap Top with Year Plan Included Geek Squad, so very Worth It! Thank You Best Buy Team 🌹💖💖💖💖💖🌹
