If you want to quickly buy something, go elsewhere. They have one person doing all checkouts and store pickups. Be prepared to wait 10+ minutes to check out.

Place is a joke. 1030am on a Tuesday and they are completely overwhelmed with business. 10 people in the store. 2 employees to help customers. I asked for help and was told frantically there are only two of us here today. I patiently waited for the guy to finish with his customer which he did. He immediately took the next guy there to buy an phone instead of helping me and ignored me. I’ll order online moving forward.

Went yesterday 7/5 to purchase 2 SD cards for my 2 Android phones.
Went to front desk and the person at the register said to go where the SD cards are and someone will help me. I told the person what I needed and suggested I buy 2 SD cards and an attachment to transfer the SD cards into my phones and go to the Geek Squad for help.
I paid for the items and went to the Geek Squad. The man said that what I ourctwas wrong and showed me on Amazon what to buy which I did when I got home. While I was at the store returned the items and received a full refund.
The person who told me what to buy should know what SD card goes with my phone. I was glad the Geek Squad knew what they were doing.
