I decided not to make my tv purchase although they were very knowledgeable. I would have spent $750 before I even looked at a tv. I got the $250 wall mount for $29, eliminated the $250 warrantee, and I installed it myself saving a whopping $250 on labor. The TV itself I got for a tiny fraction of the cost elsewhere. All together I saved over $1,000.00.

The fact that you can’t call the actual store is ridiculous!The number listed is a customer service number to some foreign country and you can’t talk with someone in the actual store. And the foreign person can’t connect you to the store either. What if you lose your keys or wallet and want to call to see if it’s in there?!? They need to fix this!! Stupid!

I scheduled an appointment to have the screen repaired on my iPad. When I arrived, they said it would take 5 Days because they ship it to Apple Care for repair and it would cost $239. They suggested that I buy a new iPad. I left there and went to the Ufixit in the Paddock mall. They fixed it while I waited for $99 + tax. They were excellent. Best Buy needs to get their crap together.
