Had a computer issue yesterday, a chat box trying to download. Unplugged it and called Best Buy Conroe to take it in. Called about 1:30 and got an appt. for 4:40 that day, very surprised, I'm in Huntsville. Walked in the store 14 min before my appt and was greeted by Ann A in the geek squad.
Looked at my computer and noticed a program that was downloaded 2/3/26. Some type of estimating program, someone was trying to remote hack me.
Still watching everything closely and changing passwords and usernames.

If I could no stars as the worst service EVER! I need several things and NOT ONE employee would help as I stood there looking at 6 of them congregated at back station by computers all they would do is point in direction when I said I needed help!!! I will cancel all of my service with best buy cc.
