We were having some issues with a remote start that I had purchased back in 2020 for my vehicle. Brought in my bank statement since it didn't show up on my Best Buy account. The AutoTech Installer Lakota C. was so helpful. His customer service skills and knowledge were top teir. He gave me time to explain what was going on with my vehicle and was able to reprogram the remote start. Great communication, patience, and very respectful. I would recommend him for future vehicle work at Best Buy.

Fast service, good employees.
This Best Buy is more than willing to go out of their way to sell you something, but when you go in for warranty work!! They are rude and not willing to help. You ask for the manager and they manager won't come out and talk to you because they are playing a game of tummy sticks in the back.. What does that even mean? This place is horrible, just ordered through Amazon.
