I usually never write reviews but this incident really got to me. My wife and I went in to buy a new dishwasher. There was a promo posted on the dishwasher we wanted that included free installation. When we went to go cash out, the promo was not included. So I asked if they were gonna have a promotion and not honor it, why put it on the dishwasher. Long story short, the manager told me he wasn't going to honor it because it was only for selected dishwashers. I asked him if he was going to take the sign off the dishwasher I wanted. And he said No because it was for selected models. I've worked in retail many years as a supervisor and I know that's misleading and false advertising. I was also going to buy another appliance but instantly walked out and took my money somewhere else. The Manager or supervisor,who had a name I cant pronounce, lost a $1800 sale over an installation fee. Very disappointed. Working in customer service myself, I know that's bad leadership. He was young and was obviously very happy to tell me no and had a great big smile on his face when he did.

Don’t bother calling you cant get ahold of the actual store. just an outside agent who can only make guesses from my conversations with them. Terrible system!!!
I hate this store & will never return. Wallmart is a much better choice & costs the same. Too many things were done wrong to list
