I had an AirPod repaired and was told I’d receive a call when it was ready for pickup, I never received a call, and it sat there for three weeks. Then when a family member went to pick it up there wasn’t an available time that would work for me, so I called and spoke to a lovely lady who told me it could be picked up with a walk in as long as they could prove they were related to me for pickup. However when it was being picked up they very rudely said you need an appointment, and when we informed them that we spoke with someone on the phone we were dismissed and told to sit down. We were on a tight time crunch so this was very unhelpful, unnecessary, and did not need to happen. Will not be working with them again. Bad communication and costumer service.

Any customers wishing to pick up items for Store Pickup must be on the order as either the purchaser, or a friends and family member. You can add someone to your order by logging into your online account, selecting the order, and adding the name as friends and family.
