Absolute worst service I have ever received. The Supervisor called me a liar and treated me like I'm less than him. The return policy clearly states that there is a 15% restocking fee if you return the item opened. I did not open this item and he called me a liar and still charged me the 15% fee. The person working the return apologized to me when the Supervisor walked away. I've never been treated like this nor have I ever been called a liar. Do better Best Buy!

The guy working in the cell phones department wasnt helpful at all. Acted like he couldn't be bothered. Younger guy ,tall. Sorry i don't remember his name. But luckily 2 other employees saw us and helped us. I think they were with geek squad? Theh had on different shirts. I was looking at buying a second phone to use in Europe because things have changed because of trump. The two helpful guys helped me to decide what do to about my second phone. Thank you. Wish I got their names.

My son has an IPhone and we have purchased a screen protector that allows for replacement and installation at no charge. Unfortunately the screen was shattered so badly we couldn't bring it in....so they couldn't replace it. I said...ok...so I purchased another..I believe the price was $35 or so. Then I see a charge for installation of $7.99. I said what is this...the gentleman replied this is the installation of a new screen protector. I then pointed out that I purchased and upgraded screen protector in July...he said Unfortunately it doesn't matter. I said, you can see on my account the purchases of multiple screen protectors for his phone..considering he is the only person on my plan with an IPhone...this is horrible customer service at this location. Sorry...but sometimes reviewing a person's account and doing g the right thing is more important. Just my opinion. We will not be returning to this location for service like this.
