So I bought a stove a little over 3 weeks ago and and we payed for the stove and the install. Well Best Buy set a date for us 06/27/26. I’m a military member that is stationed out in San Diego and my wife is pregnant so while I home for the weekend I took out the stove a week before the appointment and I had to go back to San Diego. Best Buy called me 2 days before the appointment to install putting it out 2 more weeks leaving my pregnant wife with out a stove with my 3 kids. The best that they could do for compensation is a gift card and didn’t even give me a value. When I tried to get a closer date all I was met with was constant push back rudeness no answer and one person even hung up on me from customer service because they were frustrated with me. This is the last time I will ever order from Best Buy again. This one star review is not for the store employees this one is for customer service phone line and corporate.

The gentleman with the blue shirt at the front door was excellent they don't harass you or follow you through the store and treat you like a criminal everyone is so helpful and good suggestions when selecting a product
