The installation of our new 98" tv went smoothly. They hung it up perfectly and got everything up running. They took the box and mess away for me. It was so easy to just sit back and relax and watch them work. Thank you Best Buy for a great priced TV. We are really enjoying our choice . I recommend this company to help you to deliver and install your TV .

Can I give them zero stars? It's like roaches when a light is turned on. If you need someone and start walking in an associates direction, they almost run away. How is BB still in business. They act as if their customers are bothering them. I wonder how much longer before they have to declare bankruptcy and close it down. Those folks clearly hate working there. This is not a one off. I've gone both in casual wear and business attire. Absolutely atrocious! Take your business elsewhere. I just walked out. Sad.

Security guard was friendly and helpful, but I felt profiled by suspicion based monitoring upon a purchase I made in the back, for items that will go along with an online order. The cashier who checked me out attempted to secretly follow me as I went to pick up my online order. Seen him lurking on the sidelines as I was browsing appliances near customer service area, which I feel is unnecessary given that security cameras exist for that very purpose. As an honest customer, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
