Jesse at bestbuy was so kind and helpful and did a great job helping my roommate and I pick out 2 tvs. Great service by him!
My wife took her old laptop Flex3_1480 for Geek Squad to look at so we could get our old taxes off the computer. Instead of opening up the computer, they tried to sell her a new one for about $1000. With the help of Google AI, the simple fix was to change the battery. We paid $40 for a Lenovo L14M3P21 battery from Amazon. I followed the tutorial to replace the battery. Geek Squad shame on you for not doing a simple fix.
