Didn’t like the experience of not being able to have a under warranty laptop I had just purchased less than a month repaired. I work a remote traveling job and right now I’m in Texas and they wanted to keep my laptop for three weeks but I need it for work everyday and they had no options.

Be Cautious when shopping for expensive things here, i recently bought a gigabyte aorus masters 5090, turns out someone swapped it with a regular version, i tried to take it back but they kept insisting i swapped it, i asked to see the recent history on the item and apparently the card that I bought supposively “new” was actually purchased before and returned, when I asked about camera footage apparently when they accepted the return they never opened the box to see if the original card was inside, they said that because the tape was still on they didn’t feel the need to check, as if someone cant just put another piece of tape to close the box, whatever they are doing at this location is illegal and they need a more professional way to check returns and keep track of their product, even the managers were extremely rude to me and kept insisting that I swapped the card when in reality they accepted a bad return and decide to transfer the cost to me, I hope this location chooses to actually follow their return guidelines next time and anytime I purchase something I am going to open it up right in front of them before even walking out the door with it, completely ridiculous how these people treated me even though they accepted a bad trade and decided to list a sold item as new, its irresponsible and unprofessional, now I am out 3k and have a graphics card that Isn’t what I purchased
