How do I check product availability at the North Scottsdale Best Buy?

The person who helped us in the router's area was so helpful and answered my mom's questions on which one to buy :). Then we went to get an updated version of Roku and a Universal Remote, and that person helped on getting the right one :).

4 people right by front and nobody greeted anyone.
All 10ish team members with heads down or talking to eachother. Walked by probably every employee looking for an item without any offering of help. Asked where item was and told a general area and lady was head down so I stopped waiting. Ordered online while in the middle of the store and was a little cheaper anyways so worked out for everyone but Best Buy... I'd like to buy more local so I am upset about that...
