Subpar at best. Debated me on the price that was listed in their ad, on line and the tag on the shelf. Ended up giving me an older model of the device I was picking up because THAT version was on sale. Also made me wait like 20 mins while the staff had an impromptu meeting on the topic. I'll choose a different best buy, or go to Amazon, next time.

Beat Buy has some good stuff but they need to have a better selection when it comes to some things. I would like them to have more Pokemon cards & they need to make more invites available when it comes to Pokemon SPC. Make them available in store

Order a microwave for pick up and it was too big to but in my car. So I said I would come back for it with a bigger vehicle. The fellow helping me took it inside. When I got home I had an email saying that the item was picked up. I went into my Bestbuy account and sure enough it said I already had it. Sought online help and they said they couldn’t help me without my phone number. I opened the account without providing my phone number because Bestbuy was very difficult to get them to stop calling and texting me. They refused to lookup my order or let me speak with a manager. This being a ruse because I was online using my account so all my information was right in front of them.
