I absolutely loved my experience here yesterday. So, I walked in here completely lost because I did not know which direction to go in to find what I was looking for. Also I just knew what I was going in there for. Well I at least I thought I did. Any way. There was this gentle standing there when you walk in. He asks your reason for your visit and tells you which direction to go in. So, I go in the direction he tells. But I still could not find what I was looking for. This same gentle sees me still looking and LITERALLY comes over to me and finds what I was looking for but the upgraded version that I did not know exists. I was in that store for I don't even think it was 5 minutes because once I got in line, I was only there for a few seconds!! HOLEY MOLEY!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN AND OUT OF A STORE THAT QUICK!!! A-MAZ-ING!! BEST experience ever. I guess hints the name...BEST BUY😆

Whent in today and I wanted to get a screen protector put on normally when they put it on they go and get the screen protector for me on this reaction. He told me to get it myself so I walked off mad as hell bad customer service. Just pissed the hell out of me I could understand if it was busy he could’ve just said I’m sorry I can’t leave the register. If you wanna wait a little bit I would’ve done so but no, just the worst reaction I’ve ever had at the Best Buy out of all my years coming here just the worst.

Great store, service was wonderful. Mack helped me find a screen protector and applied it perfectly. Seems like a small thing, but when I went to Apple they made me feel like my phone was obsolete. Best Buy had exactly what I needed. Will definitely be back
