I don't know who it was but he helped me out tremendously, wherever the Nintendo games are being sold I was looking for a game my daughter wanted and they had 1 copy left and he sent me a link to my phone so I could buy it online and Best Buy would hold it for me, Thank you sir, you made a 10 year old little extremely happy this afternoon...Thanks again kind sir.
Sabrina at Geek Squad in Best Buy provided excellent customer service during my recent PC repair appointment. She explained the repair process clearly, gave me an approximate completion timeframe, and walked me through possible causes of the issue with my computer. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. She even got me checked in a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and had me in and out of the store in about 6 minutes. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience thanks to her help. Highly recommend working with Sabrina if you need assistance at Geek Squad!
I'm not sure why there's an abundant amount of employees but only 2 cashiers with a line of people waiting to check out!
