I want to recognize two exceptional Best Buy Downey employees, Jesus and Alice, for providing truly outstanding customer service while helping my father and me purchase a new refrigerator.
From the moment we arrived, they were knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain our options, answer all of our questions, and thoroughly walk us through the delivery process, making the entire transaction as seamless and stress-free as possible.
What stood out most was their attentiveness and compassion. During our visit, a store alarm began sounding. My father wears hearing aids, and the noise was extremely uncomfortable for him. Jesus and Alice immediately recognized the situation and promptly had another associate turn the alarm off, showing genuine care and concern for his well-being.
Their professionalism, empathy, and dedication to customer satisfaction made a lasting impression on us. This is exactly what outstanding customer service looks like. Best Buy is fortunate to have employees like Jesus and Alice representing the company.

Made an appointment to see the Ray Bans Display Glasses and Neuroband all for the guy to cnot show up. This is one of the few locations that takes appointments and there is no one else to help.
Manager was no help. I stated “so what you’re telling me is I wasted my time coming here” to his response, “yes”.

I chose the in store pickup option because I needed a specific item that evening but was in a hurry. I was the only person in the store pickup line, while there were a lot of people in the regular checkout line. An employee comes by and starts sending a few people from the checkout line ahead of me. I specifically went with the online purchase in-store pickup because I was in a hurry, but what's the point if the employees are going to do whatever they want with the checkout line? I should have went somewhere else.
