Luis or whatever his name is off point super rude , he is the manager from my understanding, says he doesn't accept no open box items returns which doesn't make sense because it was bought at a Best Buy location when I have my receipt and all information his customer service lacks the service a person should provide to a customer , he doesn't know how to speak to someone and has an attitude of sarcasm that just makes me want to cancel my acct here . All because of him , that type of customer service is not the one you want to receive when you go to the store , idk how someone with such a bad attitude be in the front when he doesn't know how to treat customers , my review is based on his sarcastic attitude , I explain to him I was talking to a customer service asssociate online and he told me I can go ahead come to this location due to it being closer , and he just kept saying they were in the Philippines , and they are following another script ? So is best buy lying to its customers since they are not going based on their return policy ? Worst service ever don't go for him for help , get help from any other person that can will make you feel welcome and not be using that level of bad sarcasm to a customer
Best Buy has to do better with the service I see I am not the only one with a review of bad service complaining about the same manager run away from LUIS this man is RUDE doesn't know the role of being a manager , he just doesn't care I see so many reviews and they are all complaining about LUIS Best Buy has to do something I demand
Best Buy to do something for the people because we as customers can't continue receiving this service that is being provided

Ever since pokemon became popular it has been nearly impossible to purchase. Today I stood in line and the staff gave out tickets to assure order. The first 10-15 people got a ticket for an ETB and everyone else got tickets for a tin. I was 18th in like so got a tin. When I was up at the register I saw that they still had ETB available and I asked a Hispanic female with grown out blonde highlight about it. With an attitude she just responded everyone already got tickets and did not want to answer. It's terrible that these employees are allowed to save product for people.
