I have visited this location twice now and their employees are far superior than that of the montebello store. "Kassandra" was outstanding in looking up the best choices a laptop and answered my questions and showed me what more the laptop could do.

Good customer service, plenty of free parking
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering Apple wired earbuds for locker pickup at the Downey Best Buy. The process seemed convenient at first—I placed the order online, arrived at the store, and easily retrieved my package from the locker.
However, when I got home and opened the box, the earbuds were missing entirely. The package had clearly been tampered with or mishandled, which is very concerning.
I tried resolving the issue through Best Buy’s online customer service, but unfortunately, that led nowhere. The representative was unable to offer a meaningful solution. I then attempted to contact the store directly, hoping to speak with someone on-site, but every call kept getting redirected to a corporate line, making it impossible to reach the actual location.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. A simple pickup order turned into a hassle with no clear resolution. I expected better quality control and customer support, especially for something as straightforward as a sealed product pickup.
