Today I went into Colma Best Buy to return a Wacom drawing tablet. I bought 4 items online, when purchasing and we replace a different type of Wacom during that time.
Today when showing the receipt immediately the first person was already having an attitude as if he didn’t want to help us out. Because of the confusion of the receipt( they made the tablet in a separate transaction so it was on a different digital receipt.)
He called for his manager. Whispered something to him right in front of us.
The manager attitude was no different when approaching and gave us the attitude as I am scamming.
No thank you, no have a good day.
The hospitality was horrible and gave me anxiety because I felt profiled instantly. Ruin my experience. I hope best buy trains their employees on hospitality even during confusing moments to give customers the best experience.
