Be careful when visiting this Best Buy. Make sure you read everything before signing because you might not know what you’re agreeing to. They don’t explain things properly, and it feels like they take advantage of your trust.

I came to this Best Buy to replace the battery on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I have AppleCare, and Apple explicitly told me the battery replacement cost would be $0.00. They even provided me with a written quote confirming this. I signed the paperwork they gave me, trusting them, but now I feel they are taking advantage of my signature.
They ended up charging me $31.55 for a “service fee” or “screen repair,” which I completely disagree with. To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I contacted Apple to report the issue, he kept saying “WHAT’S UP, WHAT’S UP” over the phone in a dismissive and mocking tone.
This location also charges $40 just to help customers set up a Gmail or email account. I understand charging for assistance, but $40 is way too much—$10 would be far more reasonable.
Please stop scamming people and overcharging for every little thing. Not everyone has money to spare like you seem to assume, Mr. Manager. At the very least, treat customers with respect and kindness.

You can take someone’s money when they buy a product and automatically deduct it from their bank account but like to hold onto customers money 5-7 days to make interest off it before giving it back that’s stealing cause it’s not your money to drawing interest off of I will be filing a complaint with the fdic and bbb due to illegal practices
