How do I check product availability at the Copperfield Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BY GOING HERE.
If I could give this place a 0 star I definitely would. I bought a laptop not even a month ago and it stopped charging I went in to get help from GEEK SQUAD only to be faced with a man who was not helpful whatsoever. He didn’t care. Showed no compassion and didn’t help me at all !
Once again DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BY GOING HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN !

I went to Best Buy today looking for a portable charger. And I waited for an older men with glasses to assist me. He ignored me. And asked the other customers before me. He provided me awful customer service. Will not be coming back. The employees lack customer service at this location. He didn’t even let me look at product I was trying to buy. I understand the security measure but I wanted to look at what I was trying to purchased.
