Do NOT buy from Best Buy - they do not stand behind their products and were no help with a month old robot vacuum. Said I was outside of the 2 weeks and apparently bought from a 2rd party on their website (it's a Best Buy order and receeipt). Buy from Amazon or sam's or Costco instead and save yourself trouble. Very disappointing experience at this Hwy 6 location.

I was pleasantly greeted as I entered the store and promptly assisted by a Best Buy team member less than a minute after entering the store. The team members are very knowledgeable about products and services and genuinely care about the customers. All my questions and concerns were addressed and I felt no pressure to buy anything and never felt hurried. The store is clean well organized and lighting is great. I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes or less and happy with the purchase of my new large screen Roku television set.

Horrible store waited 15 minutes in appliances for someone and no one was there they lost a sale went to the fry and I10 location and the young guys there were very attentive. I dont have time to be chasing employees to purchase something.
