I went into today to have my phone screen protector replaced and installed. Hannah helped me after she dealt with a disgruntled customer. Despite his awful attitude, she kept such a calm and helpful tone. She handled the situation amazing. I told her she rocked after he left. She then installed my new screen protector flawlessly. Thank you so much, Hannah. You are truly amazing !
Decent store limited variety just a portion of selection available at other stores.

HORRIBLE customer service! I asked for help from 3 separate employees and when the 4th one walked by and I asked again, his response was “do you want to ask a 5th?”

Their customer service is disappointing. I couldn't find anyone to help me for 20 minutes while I walked around in the store, specifically looking for a portable dvd player. Finally, a guy showed up and, after checking, said they don't carry them anymore.
If their sales are down, I can definitely see why.
