I made a purchase for a tablet with two debit cards didn’t go through. I had my bank on the phone saying that the purchases were not processing then I purchased online so I could just pick up the tablet and then they’re telling me that they can’t give me the tablet because it hasn’t processed. I’ve been here for 2 1/2 hours. I haven’t received no compensation. I call their customer service and they said there’s nothing they can do. I have never been to a store where you try to make a purchase on the store and something doesn’t go through and then you purchase online and they put you on a hole because it’s not being processed it is the most odd thing I’ve ever experienced in my life and I’m furious.

Looking for a printer to replace the one I broke. Couldn't find it. Just as I was about to leave a sales rep swung around the corner and ask can I help you look for something. I said you sure can looking for an epson et. I couldn't find one, we went back into the isle and he found the very last one. Thank you best buy.
