Purchased the JBL 500MK Sound bar with Sub, brand new out of the box doesn't work. Stuck on Load message for 2 hours. tried resetting it, tried searching up fixes and nothing. Seems to be stuck in reboot mode and it's unfixable. Poor quality and poor service.
Easy purchase of what I needed.
TV was broken out of the box and it is a hassle to return.
