Sebastian was very informative with assisting me with my computer problems by explaining why I was experienced them.He is definitely a keeper.
Not friendly most are occupied on their phones. Basic directions if you ask for help... they do not show you.

I recently visited the Sandusky Best Buy with my mom to shop for a new laptop. I’ve been relying on my company device for years, so I was a bit out of touch with the current options. Shortly after we walked in, Nick approached us and offered assistance. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and respectful—explaining things clearly without being condescending. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, was patient with my hesitation, and gave honest, unbiased advice—even though it meant I didn’t make a purchase that day.
After going home and doing additional research, I ultimately decided to purchase a laptop—and chose to buy from Best Buy specifically because of the experience Nick provided. I placed the order online to get the exact configuration I wanted at the right price, but his customer service directly influenced that decision.
Nick represents your brand exceptionally well. He absolutely deserves recognition—and in my opinion, a raise.
Good selection of electronics and accessories. Went in for a specialty cable and they had exactly what I needed and were friendly.
