Refund timeline is 14 days. Sells goods that no longer live up to the name and offer no refund after the 14 days. I tried returning a product from a name brand product that has apparently changed quality and compatibility unannounced.
I attempted to return the product in original condition with original packaging 17 days after and was denied. Then they had the audacity to try to sell me a Best Buy premium membership to allow me to return the product.
I understand that companies do have to have limits on return policies. But 14 days is pretty short when people have jobs and other commitments. Industry standard is usually 30 days on items like this. But once again was reminded why I should never shop at Best Buy.
You can find the same products often cheaper and with better retail support from many other locations.
Do not shop here unless you really like to waste your money and time.
