Terrible service. I had a delivery and installation appointment set for today May 20th between 11am-3pm. I confirmed over the phone last night and recieved a confirmation email this morning at 10:50am.
At 3:15pm I went back to the confirmation email to check the status and saw that it had been canceled. After spending 30 min on the phone with customer service, I was informed that the 3rd party that was to do the service had canceled due to not having an available tech. I asked who that 3rd party company was and was told it was the geek squad from sandusky best buy that I made the order from. This made no sense to me so I tried to call the 419 number listed and then spent another 30 minutes talking to someone in Guatemala only to be told my order had been fully canceled.
I will never make another purchase from Best Buy and would rather give my money to Amazon since I at least have no expectations of customer service with them.
I bought a new phone and health watch. Both salesmen were excellent about explaining the options. I love my new health watch! The phone is really great too. The salesman, Garry, did an excellent job of transferring all my information & explaining things. I will be back to buy an additional apple watch and I will be requesting him.
