Geek Squad is a joke. After spending nearly $1,000 on an HP laptop, I talked to a Geek Squad guy who told me it's hard to transfer data from my current Dell laptop to new HP lapto. He said I'd have to buy a special cable at Best Buy to transfer the data. Wouldn't you think that if the sell that cable, the Geek Squad would have access to it?
I tried calling the store manager, and after an extended wait on the phone, ended ap talking to a guy in the Philippines who never seemed to grasp my problem.
I obviously bought my computer elsewhere
Do not go to this location. Horrible experience with managers. Employees are great, Best Buy is great, but extremely unprofessional to show that sort of attitude towards customers.
Called. You first talk to a robot, then a person in another country. Let's stop supporting businesses that take our time without paying us, shall we? 15 minutes waiting on the phone because they don't want you to be able to interrupt business at the local store. I gave up after that.

Love this place here man. I got my radio installed and my truck in this place and that gentleman Ryan Carter I believe is his name. Oh my God he was such a gentleman and did such an amazing job. Would go back just because of him. Five stars all around
