I had washer delivered and set up. Guys were great. But then I called to see if they would swap door for me. They tell me 70.00. So I figured I’d just do it myself. I go to look for the lockbar and it’s not there ,it’s supposed to be included! I call and I am told to drive to the store to pick it up. They charge you to delivery it and charge if they have to come out for ANYTHING yet they forget a part that’s included and want me to drive and go pick it up!! I feel it should be an option as to which way you want the door to swing. After all they are making the $ on it. But instead tell you sorry that’s how it comes and then want to charge to swap it over. Super crappy! Oh and come pick up what we forgot to give you!!!

Decent, clean, and organized. The staff isn't too thrilled to help you. The teenage greeter wasn't that good, but hey, he's a teenager. The woman who helped me today wouldn't look me in the eyes through our possibly 5-minute exchange. Overall, though, I got what I needed, and I was out of the store within 15 mins.

BERLN DESIR with the Geek Squad helped me with what for me was a complicated issue in trying to switch a broken phone back to factory settings -a compromised camera created a round-robin issue.(facial ) He overcame the problem. A sharp guy and great asset to your company!
