This is the worst customer experience I have had at a retailer. I scheduled a geek squad install for a tv and sound bar. I’m scheduled on 12/11 between 7am-11am via email. They did not communicate they day before to confirm they did not communicate the day of. It is now 1030am I call geek squad to see when the installers are coming they tell me they will be there in 10min. I wait till 1150am, we’ll passed my appointment time, to call geek squad back to ask where they are. They now tell me they have to cancel and reschedule. I drive to the holland Best Buy where the order was placed to talk to the store manager Daniel as I am upset that I took the day off and with no communication my install was canceled. Daniel clearly did not care, refused to call geek squad for me, basically told me it’s not his problem. This is the worst experience I have had in a retail store let alone Best Buy. I have shopped at Best Buy for years, I even worked at Best Buy for 4yrs. I will never shop at Best Buy again, and I recommended you do not order geek squad services from this location as you will have zero support if anything goes wrong.

They lie to you. I bought something and asked how long I had to pick it up and was told 2 weeks but it was cancelled 5 days after. I came back 11 days after and it had been cancelled. The workers refused to do anything about it saying I would get in store credit. I had to fight them just to get a check instead of in store credit. Update---they did not send me a check instead the mail but gave me in store credit even though they said they would send me a check.
